I like that Zumper has a very competitive price compared to other internet listing sites. It also has a large focus on social media advertising and location-based advertising.

Zumper is not quite as popular as some other internet listing sites. It has a great price, but it would be nice if the prospective resident reach was a littler larger.

We have used Zumper for a few years to advertise our apartment complexes. It is an additional internet listing for the properties at a reasonable price. It helps build awareness about our properties as well as increase traffic to the properties and websites.

It was so easy to get started and setup. I was absolutely brand spanking new to this area and found it so simple to attract potential tenants and track and everything! The ability to not only create an attractive profile that is not just accessible through Zumper but the hook in with the other software like padmapper was a seamless and effective tool. I also liked the face that every possible option i could think of for items and filters have already been thought off before. Nothing worse than trying some new program and discovering that the product really isn't finished!!

Nothing has come up yet that I don't like that is directly Zumper's fault. Didn't like having real estate agents contacting me to buy the unit when I had it up for rent but again not your guys' fault :)

It is so easy to use and simple to learn I recommend this website to everyone to be honest.

It was easy to setup the profile of the unit and more importantly even easier to make changes. Keeping track of the people interested was good as well. Overall it was simple and easy to use and the one time I had an issue the customer support people helped me out instantly which was very very much appreciated!! It has allowed me to spend less time doing the online work and more time face to face with people and finishing the deal.

I really appreciate Zumper's customer service one-on -one availability in helping me rent my condo by owner.

Taylor has been great!He is always there to connect me with applicants ,explain and help me decide to chose the best tenants to rent to.I definitely recommend Zumper.com services to anyone wanting to rent their place out.

Zumper does not have a list of pre-approved candidates that are looking to rent.It will be helpful if they did.

The best part about Zumper is how many networks the listing ends up on. This is a huge time saver both for posting and marking as listed.

The emails from Zumper frequently end up in the spam box when I reply to tenants.

Be aware of which features can be used in US vs Canada. Zumper is doing great at bringing everything into Canada.

We use Zumper embedded in our website to show our available listings. This has been a great solution for our website which currently does not have this ability.

Its super easy to use and the reports are excellent. I am a realtor in Las Vegas and often times help my investors to get their properties rented out so they can self-manage. Its so simple for me to advertise on MLS, the prospective tenant provides their email address and I share the link for them to fill out the online app. They pay for it themselves and voila .... its done!

There isnt one thing I can think of that I do not like. Im super happy with the company, website, information, reports and efficiency. Its also affordable and my clients love the reports. It takes the liability away from me and helps the landlord make decisions for themselves.

The background checks are easy to ready and more thorough than others I have used. Not sure about the payment collection yet.

It costs a lot for tenants. And owners used to get paid for using the service.

Bad tenants and now

I love that my clients can login through a private link fill out and rental application and share their background and credit history with me.

I dislike that if a client has an issue with their account there is no phone number to call and get help right away.

Zumper is so easy to use, I just give my renters the link and they apply, pay for the background and credit checks and I don't have to get in the middle of it! Easy and fast.
