Not all associations use it, but that's really not anything against ZipForms, just would like more associations

Zipforms is so easy to use to prepare and send documents.

Great and easy way to communicate with clients on and about documents for the transaction we are working.

I like that all of my Realtor Association forms and local board forms are automatically available in the document library with all the fields ready to fill out. ZipForm Plus is by far the most streamlined option for transaction management since everything is ready to go. My review and management tools as a broker are also very simple and effective.

My biggest issue with zipForm Plus is that the system has a tendency to freeze up or run slowly sometimes. The mobile app is a bit cumbersome sometimes as well depending on what tasks you're trying to complete. I'm not a fan of the new e-signature system they automatically include with your subscription called Authentisign. It's had some recent improvements to make it more user friendly, but I liked the old system more with ZipLogix. However, you can pay for a Docusign subscription and use that instead (it's integrated the same as Authentisign).

This is the transaction management system that I use for drafting all of my own transactions and managing all of my agent's transactions in my office. The price of the broker edition is very affordable for the amount of benefits I get from it compared to my old system via Dropbox when my office was much smaller. zipForm Plus has really streamlined my review process and management of the office.

It almost doubles as a CRM database so that I know what transactions I am working on.

I wish there was a way to insert multiple signatures with just one click instead of having to click and drag

I love how rapidly I can complete contracts. It lets me get my clients under contract quickly and easily.

It takes time to learn any new app and this one is no different.

ZipForm Plus quickly completes complex forms for me. It is accurate in filling in the necessary fields which can be critical when doing a contract in real estate.

The template feature makes writing offers quick and straightforward.

The UI can be a little glitchy and doesn't always transfer the property information.

We are solving a time organization issue where we have cut our offer writing time in half.

Zipforms is such an easy way to help with keeping documents in order for Real Estate transactions. I love how you can keep templates for each different type of transaction, so that when you have a new seller, you can just click the template and all of your files needed are there. I don't have to worry about organization or keeping certain documents on my own person computer, as they are all together in once place on this site. It's also super easy to add more documents to a transaction or delete them if they don't pertain. It's really a lifesaver.

Zipforms wasn't that easy to learn for me. I was lucky someone in my office showed me how to get the most out of it, otherwise I still think I would be lost.

Make sure to set up templates - it saves you so much time!

File management is so much easier with zipForms! It's easy to keep track of documents and keep templates for future transactions which saves so much time.

I love the Dashboard. The ability to see Signatures in progress, listings that will expire soon, transactions to close soon, active properties, potential sales volume, etc. is excellent! Seeing everything in one glance is so helpful!

After getting over the initial learning curve there's really not much I dislike. Changing fields and/or adding fields could be more user-friendly. It would also be nice if the fee to connect to the MLS was included.

The ability to get electronic signatures from clients quickly has been a game changer. Additionally, always having the most recent (updated) industry forms available to me with a quick login to Zipforms is wonderful. In the past, my office would pre-print industry forms and I'd have them in files. Now, I never have to wonder if the pre-printed forms I have are out of date. I simply login to Zipforms and have an assurance that I'm using the updated forms.

This platform has all of the necessary CAR forms you would need. It is very simple to use and easy to access. I love that all of the forms are easy to find and their help hotline is a nice tool if you get stuck.

I hate that they change and update forms without notifying the user because then I send time looking for a form and can’t find it and it gets frustrating.

Take the new user tour or intro so you know what you’re doing.

All of my transactions are saved and I’ve noticed it’s easier to stay organized with this.
