What do you like best about zingfit?
I like that it lets the customer rate their experience with the company.
What do you dislike about zingfit?
it crashes occasionally and their is not a scheduling app.
Recommendations to others considering zingfit?
easy to use, include separate logins for employees so you can refer back to who did what.
What problems is zingfit solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving business problems that the customers bring to us. They are able to send us messages whenever they have questions. We are also able to check them in for class efficiently.

It's pretty straightforward. Layout is great. Ease of use.

Zingfit seems to go 'down' a lot.. However the problem is fixed rapidly. Also we have multiple locations nationwide and international...I wish Zingfit would integrate them all!
