I like that the layout of the platform is clear, and it integrates with other MLS. In terms of performance, its speed is great. I have not used their renter tools, but I had a chance to explore from my client's account..

I don't think I dislike anything about Zillow.

That I can use it if I want to sell a property as a "For Sale by Owner" and it will get traffic. Zillow has been a go-to property listing for buyers and renters as well.

I find Zillow very easy to navigate, and I really appreciate the filters for looking for specific features of a house. I can filter by the number of bedrooms or bathrooms, or check if a property has multiple buildings on one lot. These filters make it easier for me to find multifamily properties I can rent out while living in one unit. Zillow also allows me to look up sold properties within 0.5 miles of a house I may be interested in investing, which saves me a lot of time.

I wish they had a comparison feature where I can select several properties and have a table of all the amenities so I can see at a glance the similarities and differences.

Zillow simplifies finding comps for investment properties, turning a time-consuming ordeal into a streamlined process by allowing me to look up sold properties nearby. The easy navigation and filters help me find multifamily properties and specific features quickly.

I really value Zillow for providing good quality leads which are crucial for my real estate business. I find that Zestimates can sometimes confuse buyers. While they are useful for general reference, they can be inaccurate and do not always reflect recent renovations, unique lot characteristics, or other special features of a property. This inaccuracy can lead to misunderstandings with clients.

I use Zillow to get quality leads and follow up with clients effectively, providing better exposure for my listings and connecting with active buyers.

I really enjoy the “draw” feature. This allows me to look at a map and draw a circle or other shape around the desired area.

Do not like it doesn't give the listing agent credit when someone looks at a property - it's for the "Advertised" agents. The quality of leads are poor. The quantity is good, but the quality of lead it poor because the consumers aren't told what they SHOULD be doing.

Consumers are all used to it.

I loveee how easy it is to look at different neighborhoods within a town, and see the street view. Most things are listed that I need, though I usually look at the apartment's actual website for more security, once I've found a listing I like.

I don't feel like I see every public listing on Zillow. It's vastly different from what's on apartments.com or realtor.com. I know homeowners have to choose to list with Zillow but sometimes it feels very biased.

Zillow has been the bread and butter of my apartment search this year! I'm moving across the country and it's really helped me get to know the different neighborhoods (price point, vibe, street view, etc).

It gives detailed information. I love the ease of use
