User Friendly, Good customer service, and you can use keywords to look up errors we encounter while product listing on Amazon, ebay, walmart etc.

I can't think of anything that I didn't like. Customer service is spot on, and They always explain to you what the issues are and how to solve them. So in return, when you encounter the same problem, you will be able solve it.

Customer service is very important, especially if you're a beginner. you can ask them basic questions or even hard ones and they reply to i less than 5mins. Also, you can always use keywords to search the issues in zentail. They also offer short tutorials.

Onboarding was simple when changing from our previous system--quick and easy transition. It has been great for maintaining our inventory, running daily reports for our bookkeeper, and multi-channel selling.

At this point, over a year in, I've not had any issues--everyone I've dealt with has been a huge help!

We no longer have an issue with over selling, which had become a major problem with our last system.

There is a lot to like. If I had to say what I like best is Zentail makes me feel like a partner and not a customer. I feel as though they are vested in our success. There support is awesome and they are always looking to improve.

The interface requires a learning curve but once learned it is quite simple and effective. I Love we can create a product listing in one place and push information and inventory to multiple channels. Inventory management is more successful than our previous provider.

I would like to see better sales forecasting and sortable data by vendor/channel with the ability to generate purchase orders.

Zentail is very easy to use, and manage inventory. The reports are easy to follow and make financial reporting easy. We have inventory in several locations and this helps us manage all locations. I have been using the software for a little over a month but have found it is easy to follow and find information.

The only thing I feel that needs improved is the total cost per line on a purchase order. They do have a function to download the information which is very helpful.

I love how user-friendly the interface of the software is, and that there is always available support through chat or help articles. I also really appreciate that the team at Zentail listens to any suggestions and truly takes the feedback into consideration. I feel very supported through using the system, and know that I will have a knowledgeable team behind me if I need assistance.

There is always room for improvement for anything, but it is difficult to think of any specific stand-outs. The Zentail team is constantly working on improvements and updates to their system.

This software can really help save you time and resources by having all your information disseminated from one system.

Working with Zentail has truly streamlined our process and enabled us to grow our business. Being able to manage our inventory and products in one system and continually add to new channels has been an excellent asset for us.

Hosting data in 1 spot and pushing to all channels, the flexibility to accommodate and customize to any business process you may have.

Accounting methods can be a little clunky. There is no selecting Average, FIFO, LIFO, etc. methods. Currently we have to extract data (by manually asking for this particular data, and find average cost (custom date ranges) ourselves.

Zentail has helped us to utilize multiple ecommerce channels while controlling most if not all the data from a single platform, which also controls our inventory.

I don't like the response time for tickets. It would be nice to have more support staff.

Zentail has helped me get the order of fulfillment for different products correctly as I fulfill from multiple different warehouses and 3PLs.

Zentail has a great interface. The format that is so easy to use that my computer-illiterate father from Poland can use it.

It is more expensive than some of the other multichannelf fulfillment services

With Zentail, I can keep track of my inventory easily and list on multiple sites.
