Fast and efficient

What do you like best about Zendesk Sunshine?

It enables you to send and recieve emails faster. There are macro's that saves you from typing out the email.

What do you dislike about Zendesk Sunshine?

Not likey, but when it hides other emails on side conversations.

What problems is Zendesk Sunshine solving and how is that benefiting you?

Using macros instead of typing out a whole email. And not having to insert email address. It's less time consuming.

I like its UI, very easy to use, not much training needed for me to familiarize how this platform works.

What do you dislike about Zendesk Sunshine?

Have been using it from my previous company for years and it has never failed us nor experienced any tech issues.

What problems is Zendesk Sunshine solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have 2 different environments where we save the customer's details, thin client and Zendesk where we have a better visibility of the customer's subcriptions, affiliations and any related concern from the past that has been raised before. Made it easier for me to attend to their concern.

UI is very user-friendly and easy to configure on our own and does not require involvement from the support team (for basic configuration)
