There is nothing to dislike. Its the best ever.

Zelt is basically "one app to run your whole company ops" instead of juggling 10 different tools.

It has all the features I need in one place, and everything is simple to use without any complications. The interface is straightforward, which makes day-to-day tasks quick and easy to complete.

There isn't much I dislike. Occasionally, it takes a little time to find certain features, but overall the experience has been smooth and meets my needs.

What I like best about Zelt is its simple and intuitive user experience. The platform is easy to navigate, and it’s straightforward to understand how to use its features without much of a learning curve.

The home dashboard could provide more useful insights. Also, it would be great to have holiday reminders, as I currently have to manually check my approved public holidays and sometimes miss them. An optional email reminder or calendar integration would be very helpful.

At times, Zelt can be slow to load, and some features require multiple clicks to complete simple tasks.

Zelt simplifies and centralizes HR processes by bringing employee records, leave requests, documents, and other administrative tasks into one platform. This reduces paperwork, saves time, and makes it easier to access important information whenever needed. As a result, administrative tasks are more efficient, allowing me to focus more on my day-to-day responsibilities rather than manual HR processes.

The leave management and self-service features are brilliant. I was literally just using it to book a few days off for a mid-July trip, and the interface is completely frictionless. As a software engineer, having internal tools that are actually responsive, modern, and well-designed is a massive plus. It gets out of the way so I can focus on building software instead of fighting with admin portals

To be honest, there isn't much to dislike from a standard employee's perspective. If I had to nitpick, perhaps having a bit more customisation over the layout of the main user dashboard would be nice, but overall it does exactly what I need it to do without any unnecessary bloat.

The main problem Zelt solves for me is eliminating the administrative bottleneck that usually comes with HR and IT tasks. As an engineer, context switching to deal with clunky internal portals is a major distraction. Zelt centralizes everything into one intuitive platform. Sorting out my time off for an upcoming trip to Beirut took seconds instead of a back-and-forth email chain with management.
