The platform is user-friendly and efficient.

The initial process of creating requisitions and publishing jobs may take some time. However, once completed, the subsequent steps become much more efficient, saving time in the long run.

All reports in one place Great all in one system for Recruitment with customizable features
What do you like best about Zappyhire?
The application (Zappyhire) flows very well and links everyhting so easy. Starting from raising a job request till the joining of the candidate. Stores data and all the require details at one place also reporting and analytics is very useful.
What do you dislike about Zappyhire?
They haven't rolled it out yet but there is still a lot of room to grow. There are a several functions that I was used to on other system and yet to configure in Zappyhire which is planned in the next development cycle.

As a part of the recruitment team, we used to work on two different platforms for candidate tracking and candidate onboarding system.
