The best thing I like about Zapier for G Suite is its intuitive and easy to navigate user interface. Secondly, I like Zapier's numerous third party tools which can be integrated with Google Workspace to ensure a seamless workflow and satisfy custom requirements. It saves us a lot of time and effort with its third party applications.

There are no downsides of using Zapier for G Suite apart from the limited customization options it provides.

Zapier for G Suite has solved various problems we used to face and has saved us a lot of time and effort. It helps us in having seamless communication with its features like notifying teachers and staff about meetings etc making sure everyone is updated. It also helps us in sending automated emails to our students and teachers and organizing data seamlessly. Lastly, it helps us automate events with its various features like sending automated invitations etc.

I love that I can automate my business. It's a real time saver and user-friendly.

There isn't anything that I dislike about this software at this time.

It automates portions of my business; it saves me time! I use Zappier on my website to send new leads to my CRM, and then from G-Suite, I can send a message with either a questionnaire, brochure, etc.

With Zapier i can connect any application with Gsuite. I had created zapier Gmail connection /zap for my freshdesk service and it seemlessly syncs all my data with freshdesk to gsuite. Emails are sync with no time.

Zap's run time should be lesser as 5 min is huge for crucial business.

With Zapier for G Suite, I have integrated my Sheets with my Calendar, to auto schedule my workers and send out calendar notifications which I can keep track of. Saves me HOURS of work.

It was complicated to get setup, and the instructions weren't totally clear. Support was hard to get to also.

Spend some time trying it out, it's likely you can do what you want...just might be difficult to initially figure out.

Increase efficiency and reduce workload. I've realized the benefits of less duplicate work, and have become way more efficient.

Zapier makes my life so much easier. We now link up everything from Google Apps for Business and Zapier to take action somewhere else. GMail, Docs, Sheets, etc - now they all are able to be linked up to other software platforms. So basically, your GSuite talks to pretty much any SaaS out there.

I don't know if there is anything that I dislike? Maybe just the setup phase, but that would be just complaining about doing work. There are too many steps on individual pages. For the power users, we should be able to make all of the changes on one page.

I love how Zapier makes it so easy to create an integration. Their step-by-step guide makes simplifies the process so that anyone can make an integration to G Suite.

Sometimes when I use a Zapier to connect form submissions to a google sheet, the answers don't always match up or have incorrect formatting. There's some manual work involved to make sure you get the Zap right, but it's not tremendous.

Using Zapier for G Suite makes it really easy for me to keep multiple surveys that we send to our customers in one place so that everyone in our Team Drive can see the answers. It creates transparency in our organization so that everyone can see what I'm working on.
