What do you like best about Zabbix?Real time infrastructure management with agent and non-agent based monitoring solution. Dashboard for representing infrastructure, support for integration of cross platform devices. Robust performance, Free ware, excellent community for support and troubleshooting. Report generation and email-based alerts are very helpful. Customisable dashboard as per ease of use. Intelligent handeling of alerts.What do you dislike about Zabbix?Difficult to visually monitor entire infrastructure at a time, cannot differentiate between important and less priority alerts unless specified. Database hangs sometimes in case of overload and need mysql reboot. Key configuration is difficult procedure and need lot of learning about regular expressions.What problems is Zabbix solving and how is that benefiting you?We can monitor our infrastructure efficiently with this tool. It sends email alerts when our services have issues, and it lets us monitor CPU levels with core-level details for our entities. Overall, it’s highly reliable and performs well for monitoring resources. We can also set it up for free, which makes it more cost-effective for us.

What do you like best about Zabbix?I really like Zabbix's ability to integrate with everything I have. It's very easy to integrate network devices, databases, or anything that supports SNMP or data sending. The integration feature stands out to me because I can easily integrate things like a UPS battery using SNMP. The features related to integration, such as alerting in Microsoft Teams, workflows, and email alerting, are very easy for me to use. The setup was super easy, like a play of a kid, with a very straightforward step-by-step process.What do you dislike about Zabbix?I can see some dashboards with how my management want with data that is not possible with so yeah that could be improved. It didn't meet my expectations. My suggestion is if there's a possibility to add some widgets that can make that possible, then it would be amazing.What problems is Zabbix solving and how is that benefiting you?I use Zabbix for IT infrastructure and network device monitoring. It solves IT visibility issues by allowing us to see all network assets. The easy integration of various network devices and databases stands out, supporting seamless connectivity with SNMP and data sending.

What do you like best about Zabbix?It is a free editing tool, with great flexibility and many nodes to monitor, it allows you to discover almost everything on IT and Cloud platforms, and the best part is its real-time alert system.What do you dislike about Zabbix?A lot of Linux knowledge is needed to take advantage of and adjust everything necessary for the good management of Zabbix. Deploying agents when there are many can become a bit tedious, and finally, improve its graphical interface a bit more.What problems is Zabbix solving and how is that benefiting you?I can have full control of my IT and Cloud platform from a centralized dashboard to act immediately in the event of any incident or service outage.
