YouiDraw Painter Reviews

We started to use the software with the free version based on the indication of other colleagues. We liked it and bought the tool after the trial period. We are enjoying the plethora of graphic design features. There are countless artistic tools with possibilities to use pencil, pen, brush, and textured papers. The great advantage is that everything works in the cloud and works within a web browser.

From a technical point of view, I have nothing negative to add. Just comment that the value of the paid version has a high value and could be a little cheaper to attract new consumers.

It's an excellent tool for beginners too. I recommend using the free version to test the software before making an outright purchase.

The experience has been great from my team of web designers; we use it daily to create and manage logos, banners, wallpaper, vector drawings. It's all easy to use. I find the interface friendly and super intuitive. I don't see myself using other similar software.

I like the ease of use, the integration with Google Apps, and the various drawing types.

Some of the icons are small and hard to read.

I would recommend exporting your images to download them. The save process wasn't immediately clear to me.

Simple logos and images can be designed in-house instead of hiring a graphic design team.

YouiDraw works wonderfully for my art classes because it is easy to access, easy to use, and is fun to experiment with. There are many options to play with, from colors to textures to different pen and pencil types! It's awesome that you can import existing drawings from images to trace on top of, moving your traditional drawing into a digital format. I also love that my students can master this program within one class period.

There isn't anything that I dislike about YouiDraw Painter. It's like the free paint program from Windows of yesteryear, but amped up a LOT! It's fantastic.

Jump into it! Play around with the tools and settings and compare it to other free options. I feel that you will be very happy with what you find!

YouiDraw Painter is an amazing free resource that allows my high-poverty school students to access digital art without the giant price tag.

YouiDraw Painter is easy to use. It has many options like colors and also has different sizes of pen and pencil types. It also provides other export options like JPG, PNG, SVG, and PDF and also has built-in templates

There is nothing I dislike about YouiDraw Painter.

The best part i like about it is that it is a web-based application, so you don't need to download it and can access your work from anywhere on any system

The first thing that makes this application remember is the well-known graphic drawing and editing tool such as PaintBrush of Windows, although with a more straightforward menu of options. It is an application based on the web, and you do not need to download an executable program. It's easy to use, and the same product website offers you online help. I was impressed that you can make drawings with an outline that includes seven options such as Plain, Sketchy, Shaded, Web, Trail, Ribbon, and Flur. I like the Sketchy option.

Additionally, the crop option permits me to cut a section of any image, modifies it, and then exports it. A gradient of colors creates diverse colorations on the canvas. The application works with Dropbox and Google Drive, and the free version only allows you to export the designs in jpg and png format.

I don´t particularly appreciate that sometimes opportunities I had problems adding fine details on the canvas due to the movement of my hands over the mouse is erratic. Suddenly, I achieve an image different from the one expected, and I must correct it. Another is that several options are not displayed in the work bar and appear instead, all within the file menu, which may not speed up your work while you draw. To name a few, the Crop, Undo and Redo functions.

It is a simple application to obtain, and that does not require download or subscription, only work on the Web. There are also two sister applications (YouiDraw Drawing and YouiDraw Logo Creator) if you want to exploit more options for drawing and creating logos, respectively.

I recently purchased a drawing pad to help create a more natural feeling for drawing and designing on my pc rather than attempting to do so with a mouse and keyboard. I loved that prior to purchasing the software you're able to test it live through your browser. As far as purchasing the software there is a free version; however, it includes a watermark and you cannot use it for commercial use. I also love the software as it allows for three different design preferences including drawing, logo design, and painter. A huge benefit for this software is that you can do vector design.

Compared to other design programs it tends to be a bit on the pricier side if you are to go with the non-free versions. the monthly plan charges you 9.99 while the yearly plan paid in full is 99.99 with two months free. Also another issue for the software is that it is web-based only and does not allow you to download it directly to your pc so making any offline design near impossible. As stated in the "like" area you are able to do vector editing; however, to get the full benefit from the software you must purchase a monthly or yearly plan.

There is nothing i dislike with YouiDraw Painter

Easy to use.

The interface is simple and doesn't take much canvas space, you can activate and deactivate global path, meaning when the global path is on pens with effect are connected, and when off, each stroke is a different "object."

It's not simple to use sketchy, shaded, web and other pens. It'll take some time practicing to get used.

At first, it seemed to be too complicated, but if you put time and effort into it, you'll be able to use this tool.

When I needed to do a simple sketch and had any of my usual software in hand, this tool helped me.

I enjoy the accessibility of the product. Similar to other photo-editing services online, you are able to just import sketches or photos to work from. There are essential stable tools like fill, paintbrush, as well as line variation and pressure options. There are other interesting features like border width, which is a less common option in other paint programs I've seen.

I don't enjoy how monotone the program seems. I can't find a color wheel, or any way to access color for that matter. There's no color picker option either, so if you're painting on a photo or colored sketch, you'll basically just be stuck lining in gray. It's overly simplistic.

This is a nice program with superior pressure than something like MS paint. Although there's a lack of color, I'd recommend using this for quick sketches if your regular programs aren't booting up, or if it would just be faster to whip something out online on another tab.

I think this is a good program to recommend for a client that wants to show you a sketch or photo-sketch of their concept, but doesn't want to invest in a program just for that. This also works the other way; if you're short on time or working on a different computer somewhere without an art program installed, and need to send a client a sketch. If your normal programs are slow to start, this gets a simple sketch's job done.
