The intuitiveness of YoDeck makes it easy for anyone to pick it up and use it. The hardware requirements are also considerably less than maintaining full blown PCs. BIG cost savings! Integrating and implementation was a breeze and we are using the solution to present data of various types daily.

The only issue we've had is that they don't accept purchase orders/checks. They do not have a SOC 2 report either which forced us to obtain other documentation. This didn't prevent us from moving forward with the solution however and YoDeck support was very responsive and open to working through the issue with us.

Yodeck helps me manage an informational screen, located at the entrance of my company, in a simple and remote way, optimizing management.

The Yodeck player and the online software is so easy to use. I figured it out in about an afternoon. I am not a creative person, I work in facilities. I was tasked with finding a simple, inexpensive solution for a lobby TV presentation. I uploaded some web content, pdfs, photos, and created layouts. I had my doubts, but it works great! I have had so many compliments on the presentation on the TVs. We were so happy with the results, that we ordered 2 more players for our other TVs.

It is so easy to use. Seriously, a kid can do it. It has built in templates, scheduling, and there are a variety of apps that can be used to add things like the weather or news.

I have not run into any issues with the yodeck player at this time.

The functionality of the players / system work great, especially at the price point.

Nothing I can think of. Our company has tried many other digital signage platforms and this one has been the best, and cheapest.
