From very first contact with Yocale staff, to onboarding and continued customer service, I have been so incredibly happy with this company and the staff. Every person I have been in touch with has been super helpful and patient, they answered all my questions. The system is user friendly, and my own staff has been learning it with ease. The price is perfect, my new business can handle that. Scheduling appointments is very easy to learn as well.

"Yocale: My best managing experience for my spa business"

What do you like best about yocale?

As a small retail business owner, I was looking for a seamless payment processing solution. After researching options, I decided to implement Yocale Pay. So far, my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The setup process was quick and straightforward. I was up and running with Yocale Pay in no time.

Yocale Pay's transaction fees are very competitive. The monthly savings compared to my previous processor are noticeable.

Customer service has been extremely responsive. Questions I've had were answered promptly by knowledgeable representatives.

Deposits hit my account fast, usually within 24 hours. This improved cash flow is invaluable to a small business like mine.

What do you dislike about yocale?

The mobile app is functional but lacks some user-friendly features I'd like to see improved. I've been using Yocale for more than a year. To be honest, I faced a couple of minor glitches like an appointment disappearing from the calendar.

But that doesn't irritate me. I faced many moooore bugs on other platforms. The point is I can do everything there, and also that those few bugs on Yocale were fixed by its support team very quickly.

What problems is yocale solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a small Medspa owner, Yocale is a tool that helps me streamline operations and make running my business easier. One of my friends recommended it about a year ago, and since then, I was really relieved to manage appointment scheduling, calendars, and also payments.

I love its calendar feature. It gives me a great overview of my schedule and so I can easily see when I have availability and block off time for appointments. People can easily book appointments, anytime they want, through my website or Google. I really advice you not to miss this lifesaver platform :)

Anything that makes it easier for customers to book an appointment is a welcome service, especially for a relatively low price

Yocale is more than just a scheduling software

I'm a small business owner who was always trying to make her job better. I was a starter and I used to move from one app to another to be able to handle everything.

Last year, I started using Yocale, which was really a business saver and life saver for me :)

I saved so much time and money and didn't have to switch btw apps anymore.

It simplified operations and improved my efficiency. I used it for marketing, appointment scheduling, payments, and much more.
