Filing taxes is never fun, but Yearli by Greatland at least makes it easy. The best features of Yearli have to be the support and the knowledge Greatland has about taxes. They have a top-notch team of experts who are always staying up to date on IRS changes and are there to help their customers. I personally worked on the support team during tax season, and the training we received as support specialists was thorough. I felt comfortable answering almost any question about the software for our customers and even giving basic tax advice such as which forms a customer should file, if they have to file with their state, etc. Yearli also has the option to securely mail/email recipient copies, which I have not seen with other software. With Yearli, you can rest easy knowing they are there to help with tax compliance.

I would say that the one drawback of Yearli could be the price. They are a bit on the pricier side, but it is because of their next-level support and work they put into their software year-round.

Yearli provides friendly, helpful support during confusing and stessful tax season and provides a one-stop shop with the ability to file federal, with each state, and providing required recipient copies. They also have an extensive knowledge base that is kept up on diligently. You can also rest easy knowing Yearli takes data security very seriously, and is also audited multiple times a year on data security.

It is easy to enter every single data space and it makes sure that you do not forget the important entries.

I dislike that it is easy to accidentally save over another entry.
