I think YCloud is an awesome platform that's very user-friendly. I really appreciate its SI agent and team inbox capabilities, which are superb. It solves our problem of having a user-friendly WhatsApp inbox for the team. I also like its good developer feature structure with webhook support and API. Plus, the initial setup was super simple.

The embedded sign up is fast and useful. It allows me to connect directly to my WhatsApp Cloud API coexistence easily. It is fast, has no extra cost, and includes 24/7 support. Additionally, it includes integrated AI, which I find very practical.

I love it, how bsp is super practical, I wouldn't change anything.

I think YCloud could improve by offering a mini tutorial at the start, making the beginning faster and smoother. The setup wasn't easy at first; I needed a tutorial, but once I found the rhythm, YCloud became much more intuitive.

Above all, I like the simplicity and ease of use of YCloud. I value the possibility of the coexistence of WhatsApp, which I find much more intuitive and easier to use than through Meta's page. Also, the initial setup was super fast, it only took me 5 minutes and went very well.

I think the inbox section could be improved to make it visually more appealing and easier to work with data continuously.
