What do you like best about Yardi Investment Suite?
The Yardi Investment Suite is a comprehensive suite for all of your real estate management needs. The dashboards and reporting have allowed us to get away from the tedious Excel spreadsheets and manual calculations. We are able to build and generate so many more reports to give us a better picture of our investments and performance.
What do you dislike about Yardi Investment Suite?
This product is only as good as the time and effort that you put into it. If you want all of your historical transactions for accurate reporting, then you have to take the time to verify and upload these transactions. Be sure to plan enough time for a thorough implementation.
What problems is Yardi Investment Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?
The finance and investment side of our business doesn't want typical accounting reports (balance sheets and income statements). The Yardi Investment Suite has allowed us to translate our financial data into operational insights and use our own data as a strategic asset.
