User friendly interface makes it easy to navigate and find relevant content ,Whether you're a beginner or an expert user. The content is really good which keeps learner's motivated and focused. A real-life lab environment is available for practice, and steps are also available for better practices. Which is really helpful for any learner.

Nothing is least helpful but it would be better if the exercise lab remained for a few days, that would be full for users who didn't complete the lab on-time, otherwise, it's fine.

XtremeLabs gives me the best of both world i.e. Online and Offline where materials are available regardless of both.

It gives all the essential knowledge to get ready for the work to be done.

The biggest plus point is the online technical support. Having real-time support for solutions that we do not control the environment is extremely important. For example, a virtual machine refuses to start and, as we don't have access to the infrastructure, we are completely dependent on support.

If there is a high latency in accessing the datacenter where Hands-on Labs are located, the Hands-on Labs will lose performance. And it's easy to find the location through the public IP that the VMs use.

For any problem with the Virtual Machine, technical support is ready to help. If you find an error in the instructions, you can communicate it to support to have it corrected.

Labs were easy for the students to follow, followed the recommended text, and their staff were always available with any potential issues. The company is also very open to suggestions to improve the experience the next go around.

Sometimes the save lab option did not work, and the students had to restart the lab. Having this working would help and provide a means for students to delete saved labs.

Since we were working with a new product, every issue that was brought up was fixed. Each problem encountered was corrected promptly as it occurred, and each lab worked great. An example of this was to separate PowerShell cmdlets into separate lines so as not to have issues when the students would paste them into the PowerShell terminal. Separating the commands gave each command time to execute before pasting the following commands in each module excersize.
