How XPM captures the hours spent on a client task and then I can bill the client

User-Friendly Xero with Seamless Integrations and Great Value
What do you like best about Xero Practice Manager?
I like using Xero for daily bookkeeping. Its interface is very good and user-friendly, so anyone can understand the whole process easily. This software can also integrate easily with other useful business-need software, and the pricing is low compared to other bookkeeping software.
What do you dislike about Xero Practice Manager?
Nothing to dislike, but I think the report would be better and needs to be improved compared to other bookkeeping software.
What problems is Xero Practice Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I book and record transactions in Xero on a daily basis, all the numbers become very clear, which makes it easier for management to make financial decisions.

What do you like best about Xero Practice Manager?
Everything is in one place, which for me is the biggest advantage. It brings together jobs, clients, staff, invoicing, and reporting in a single platform, which reduces duplication and helps keep data consistent across the practice.
What do you dislike about Xero Practice Manager?
The biggest downside to using Xero Practice Manager is its reporting limitations. Debtors/receivables reporting can be unreliable, as it struggles with real scenarios such as part payments, overpayments, and credit notes.
What problems is Xero Practice Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?
We struggled with time delays of entering data in manually before using xero practice manager however now that has been reduced substantially due to the automation this now provides us.

I can easily access their files, run reports, and more all in one place Xero Practice Manager gets the job done
