What do you like best about Xenioo?

What stands out most about Xenioo is its intuitive interface and the versatility to create complex conversation flows. The wide range of available integrations makes it easy to connect with other tools and systems, which significantly enhances the functionality of my chatbot

What do you dislike about Xenioo?

There are times when I feel like the documentation for the more sophisticated aspects might use some more work. I have occasionally found myself searching for further information that is not always readily apparent in the current documentation, particularly when investigating advanced integration options

What problems is Xenioo solving and how is that benefiting you?

By addressing the problem of giving users prompt and accurate responses, Xenioo enhances operational effectiveness and customer service. I have personally noticed a major decrease in monotonous work, which has freed me up to concentrate on more strategic endeavors. My ability to gather useful information and analyze data has also helped me make better decisions. All things considered, Xenioo has been an investment that has increased customer happiness and productivity in my workplace.

What do you like best about Xenioo?

The conversation flow builder's versatility is something I truly appreciate. One big benefit for increasing the chatbot's functionality is the easy interaction with outside services through connectors and APIs. Furthermore, the customer service is excellent, offering prompt resolution of any issues.

What do you dislike about Xenioo?

I occasionally run across constraints when it comes to personalizing the chatbot's look, particularly when it comes to sophisticated design.

What problems is Xenioo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Xenioo makes it easier to automate simple operations and frequent requests, which enhances the use of chatbots in our workflow. The platform also enables user segmentation and efficient lead management, which enhances our marketing strategies.

"Good for omni channel chatbots, Great AI and Database feature, had few bugs, support not that good."
What do you like best about Xenioo?

- It has so many features (nearly 50) that it gives immense flexibility to build the chatbots of our need.

- The database feature helped us such that every time we need to change any data, we don't require to change it inside the chatbot flows.

- Great AI; among the chatbot software I know, it's the only one that offers such AI and context feature, also allows Dialogflow integration.

- Lastly, we chose Xenioo because we wanted to use the chatbot on multiple platforms, and it offers chatbots for 12 channels.

What do you dislike about Xenioo?

- I faced bugs multiple times, mostly while testing and sometimes in setting AI

- My interaction with their customer support was not good

- Little complex in the beginning

If you are looking for an omnichannel chatbot or chatbot for platforms that most of the tools don't offer, you will likely find that channel integration in Xenioo. Xenioo has many features, including database and AI. First, see whether you need those features or not. If you need go for it else, you can consider the alternatives.
