Matt and the Xara team have been exceptional in helping us transition to the cloud version and create a visually stunning company newsletter. Matt's expertise and patience in answering my numerous questions and refining the template have been invaluable. His responsiveness, despite likely having a busy schedule, is truly commendable. I've been a long-time user of the desktop version, and the cloud version, coupled with the team's outstanding support, has elevated my experience. From the initial Zoom call to the guidance throughout the process, the Xara team has been instrumental in our success. Matt and the team have gone above and beyond, and I can't thank them enough for their incredible support!

While there might be a bit of an adjustment period coming from the desktop version, the team is incredibly helpful and ready to guide you through any challenges. You're in good hands!

Designing professional and good-looking presentations, datasheets and even posts. It eases the process for those who don't have high design skills.

There are tonnes of templates for various platforms and media formats. Really easy to use and edit, and dead easy to apply branding to.

A little pricey and upfront payment - a monthly subscription would be preferred, especially if for smaller occasional projects, so you can dip in and out of it.

An easy to use marketing tool that can be used on the fly, without needing to spend hours (or days) designing, or hundreds paying someone else each time. I've had some really great feedback from colleagues and clients.

The ability to create various professional documents without relying on a graphic designer is one of the reasons I continue to renew. Xara is a one-stop shop for all my collateral needs. I also like that they are continually improving the functionality and template offerings. The response time and guidance to submitted questions (via the chatbot) are excellent. I should also note the ability to collaborate and share documents as well as publishing for cloud access is a big plus.

While there are some slight nuances to working with documents, none are noteworthy. I continue to renew my subscription because of this very fact.

Start with a trial (if available) and spend a few cycles creating materials. It should become very evident from that point where to subscribe.

Xara significantly reduces document and collateral preparation and lead times. My clients and colleagues have all complimented my business professional high-quality presentations, collateral materials, proposals, etc.

Xara Cloud gives the user to design on a web-based application and post seamlessly to social media sites. I use Xara for my company due to being such a simple UI with broad design space. I love being able to connect m team's cloud drives, share files, convert files etc. The capabilities are endless, especially if you have the Xara Designer Pro+ application with the subscription.

Some of the tools are not as broad compared to other competitors. Xara Cloud does not have a point system like Designer Pro +. I wish it also had some other integrations, like connecting to different APIs.

Xara is great for those really wanting to design without learning design. It gives you all the essential tools you need without the flair. It is not an intimidating UI at all, and support is always there when you need it.

I work for a small company doing web designing and web marketing. Most of my consists of deciding products putting on out site and designing while handling support can be a tough task. I find that Xara gives me the ability to copy and paste will giving my posts and marketing a unique feel.

I would love to see more templates and video options.

As a lean company, we do not have internal graphic designers. We also do not want to incur the expense of contracting designers. I know what I want my content to look like, and Xara Cloud provides intuitive, professional design templates to bring that content to life. In addition, the branding tools make it easy to create multiple types of content that all fit within our style guide.

Xara is really easy to use and makes professional creations.

It's a bit cumbersome to try to create things from scratch. Templates are easier.

We use Xara for marketing materials and it's been a game-changer.

The editing and design tools within the Xara Cloud suite are packaged nicely, and extremely user-friendly. Compared to so many of the cookie-cutter "free" online apps/suites, this platform really performs and the resulting docs are mostly designer quality. Excellent for RE professionals.

Some of the features for editing are not intuitive. Find myself having to do double the work sometimes. The sharing options are also a bit awkward and need fine-tuning.

We have been able to complete a few advertising projects between 3 of us, which we were having issues doing using other platforms. As a non-design professional, it is a huge relief not to have to learn a super complicated and expensive system.
