Robust system that addresses all the needs of our equipment yard.

Improvements on the user interface are in the works to stremaline tabs and points of data entry needed.

They are continuosly working to improve the user interface to eleminate multiple screens and data entry point touches.

The most beneficial aspect of Rental Results is that there are modules to handle all aspects of our business and we can use the ones we need. From financial to service tracking Rental Results has it all covered.

The biggest struggle we have with Rental Result is there are glitches sometimes (as with any software) and there seems to be a tendancy to roll out new functionality without full viability testing. There have been modules we go to use that have to have development work before it fits out needs. Not having a strong in house knowlege and support of the Rental Result product leaves us relying on Wynne for a lot more support than our company wants to pay for at times.

Rental Results handles the problem of tracking inventory items from large rental items to small consumable items. It tracks location, billing, service and more in an automated system all in one location.

If you start from scratch like we did, using excel sheets and scribbled down notes, then implementing this product totally changes your mindset. It's a clean user friendly software that allows you to take control of any and all rental or sales items - regardless of whether you're a small time mom and pop shop, or a General Contractor serving entire regions.

Computer systems are generally pretty strict, but rather than unncessary punishment like most DOS based systems, RentalResult forces you to be better because of the way they have designed their UI in a more intuitive fashion. This system doesn't punish you for ingenuity either. If you've got a special case scenario - the software, and more importantly the team over at Wynne, are more than happy to sit down and help you figure out what it will take to get the job done. The Customer Service and Ticketing systems are easy and fast.

Since the system is not DOS based, there are a few situations where you'd like to pull easy fast information but it is relatively slow.

Finding some items of interest, like rental rates, takes several clicks more than it probably should - but that's possibly a necessary evil of having a point and click system compared to the usual black screen.

Maybe this is me being spoiled since 3 years ago i was basically using sticks and stones to do my operations, but now that I've experienced the software I run into situations where there are functions that SHOULD be stock already inside the system, that are either in development or not even on a roadmap yet which seem like no brainers.

The biggest thing that RentalResult will solve is order and process. This is a pure rental system top to bottom. It made us rethink what being "just a construction yard" really meant to us. It used to be a phone call and on good word that we'd somehow "bill" our job sites. But now we cut quotations, write official rental documentation, write contracts selling goods, track every piece from drill bits all the way up to tower cranes. The system helps us be more professional by submitting official company invoices to owners and their accountants. We never even thought to process information as item codes, cat classes, bulk vs serialized, etc... In under 1 year we went from "just a construction yard" to our own fully functioning business unit inside our own company with financials being generated based off of what we do inside RentalResult. The underlying problem RR helped us solve was being credible and giving us a legimate place inside our own company.

Rental results has been a great program with helping us track equipment rentals and consumable usages. Big improvement from trying to track everything with spreadsheets. Very helpful and shines a light on all the details of what/where/ when items go to job sites. Monthly meetings with Jimmy wilcock are helpful with keeping up on updates changes and sharing issues that need addressed. Jimmy is very knowledgeable with the program and has been a big help!

I like the fact that it's straight forward and compact for everything I need it to do. Work' just as advertised.

I don't really have any complaints. You know what they say. I can't complain and if I did who would listen?

A big problem I am solving is that I am no longer having to keep everything on paper. Digital helped improve my business, which kept it running for as long as possible.
