If I have an issue, support is always there to help, super knowledgeable and friendly.

They are still small and relatively unknown, so you always wonder about the long term. But with what they have in place I believe I have a solid solution in WPinfy.

I run multiple enterprise servers but wanted to seperate wordpress sites from my ecommerce and web application clients. Moving to WPInfy has been a joy since 2018.

I joined the WPinfy family because of the awesome hosting infrastructure they provide but what I now love the most is the team behind WPinfy. My hosting story started with Godaddy (Ughhh) then to Hostinger (much better than Godaddy) but OMG - WPinfy is so much faster.

Moreover, with Managed WP hosting provider, you don't have to worry about all the CPanel/HPanel, Server maintenance details nor do you have to worry a lot about malware and hacking since its taken care of already - I can just focus on my own thing which is completely work related.

There is nothing to dislike about the WPinfy family and their managed wordpress solution as of right now.

WPInfy team is incredibly available, helpful and very technically sharp. I’ve been reluctant to switch to managed hosting for a very long time. I understand now that it was a stupid mistake. Also security and performances of their hosting are top notch. Last but not least, the keep improving their services.

I’d like more of the system to be self-serve so I didn’t need to bug support as much. They are incredibly responsive, but at certain times a day I might have to wait an hour for them to set up a new site, etc.

I’ve simplified the maintenance and increased the speed of my WordPress site dramatically with WPinfy. I’ve also taken a huge load of stress off my own shoulders by not having to worry as much about CDN settings, security plugins, and all that type of stuff.

This has been my first time using WP managed hosting. I always just used a high tier shared or VPS hosting plan...and they were always slow for my wordpress sites. WPinfy is super fast (I can tell when navigating my admin), and security is a top priority for them. But the biggest plus is the support, they always go the extra mile to solve your problem.

Dashboard is too simplistic, but they are upgrading that soon.
