It is so easy for us to communicate with everyone we need to about what to do and when to do it. It makes it easy for us to get our message to everyone while also allowing them to sync it easily to their own calendar.

The only thing we dislike is the limited number of people you can add. This can be fixed with another upgrade, but we have made do without it

This does everything you need it to (organize the flow, schedule volunteers, upload resources, etc.) and at a really great price. The fact that it is a web based platform means it is accessible pretty much anywhere.

The user interface is not as "pretty" as some of its competitors. It can be difficult to navigate the website at first but with enough time a tutorial videos you can overcome this.

Take advantage of the free 30-day trial they offer. Get hands-on with it and see if it can do everything you need.

Once you have input all your songs for a service, musicians can use the MP3 Setlist feature to play along with all the songs back to back.

It would be great if the attached song sheets or mp3s are updated that it is clearly communicated to the user (e.g. New Version Available) so the leader does not have to communicate those changes out by email.

Set up a service during your trial membership and include the musicians for that service. Provide chord charts and mp3s for each song. Have musicians expectation set to be ready to play at the rehearsal. Your rehearsal will be a whole lot more productive

Worship planning is so easily accessible online via any internet platforms such as Internet explorer, safari and google chrome. Since writing my last review, Worship Planning has updated their website. It has become more user friendly and attractive. Still, the program is extremely compatible with websites. Even the login screen has become more appealing to the consumers eye. The colors are very vibrant. The Assignments are is reflective of tasks per weekend service so there is no confusion when members are scheduled.

During my last review, I wrote that worship planning is currently out of date compared to other scheduling services applications. Sometimes, with products like these, appearance matters. Appearance entices the user to draw into the website. Other times, it distracts the user and can cause them to not want to access the website even more. I currently do not have any dislikes for this application since the change.

If you are looking for an affordable way to run your weekend services, worship planning is the way to go.

I notice that more people are able to see their schedule immediately as they log in to the website. I have realized that we can easily access our setlists and song attachments. There is a clear description on the site that provides your team and their assigned roles. This is important to understanding who will be scheduled to worship during special events or Sunday experiences.
