What do you like best about Worry-Free Advanced?
This is a very featuristic service where smart scan detects and removes live trojans, repairs the affected system files and kills trojan created processes.
What do you dislike about Worry-Free Advanced?
Though users are protected by this however certain support and cost is high currently and per user cost affects the total business cost.
What problems is Worry-Free Advanced solving and how is that benefiting you?
Worry helps in detecting trojans i.e. helps in cloud file security and email spams as well. In short it helps in overall web security. So it has enhaced the file storage security in the cloud.

Dependable Anti-Virus Solution
What do you like best about Worry-Free Advanced?
It has stopped what would be major issues, such as the Zero Day attacks on Microsoft Exhange in January 2021. It has also detected and stopped malicous software with minmal false postives.
What do you dislike about Worry-Free Advanced?
It does not qualify as a EDR, which is mandated by some Cyber Security Insurance providers. The cost doesn't feel like its priced correctly for what it does, again it can not be considered a EDR. Trend does have other enhancements that come at a cost, but it has to be bundled with workflows outside of the typical workstation/server.
What problems is Worry-Free Advanced solving and how is that benefiting you?
Protecting endpoints successfully from cyber attacks that are both attemped from within the environment and from outside as well. This does reduce the need to go into recoveries from backups, or worry about ransomware being the biggest threat. It allows us to drive focus on end user training, where its most critical.

What do you like best about Worry-Free Advanced?
Worry Free services are great for small businesses with little time to manage their internet security. The service is hosted by Trend and requires only minimal resources on each machine for the client software. The software is easy to use and intuitive, easy to setup and deploy and manage.
What do you dislike about Worry-Free Advanced?
I have not found any dislikes on this service at this time.
What problems is Worry-Free Advanced solving and how is that benefiting you?
This solutions helps keep our network endpoints safe from viruses, malware, and rogue URLs with minimal management required by end users or IT professionals.

Product review - Trend Micros Worry Free
What do you like best about Worry-Free Advanced?
The ease of installation and managing computer groups. Real Time Reporting and alerting of any threats, vulnerabilities, ransomware makes life a lot easier than to have constantly getting worried about endpoint security.
What do you dislike about Worry-Free Advanced?
The scheduled full scan makes the system somewhat slow and unusable for some time while the scan is happening
Recommendations to others considering Worry-Free Advanced?
It is a very user friendly application with professional and quick tech support. Anti-ransomeware feature is an added advantage.
What problems is Worry-Free Advanced solving and how is that benefiting you?
End-point security, Anti-Virus, Anti-Ransomware, Application and Device control. We are able to restrict internet on a group of devices with trend micro without going thru the hassle of Group Policies.

Trend Micro Worry-Free is the best there is!
What do you like best about Worry-Free Advanced?
The ease of use with everything, from deploying security agents to actively monitoring threats and attacks on the domain, is really Trend Micro's strong suit in the anti-virus business. Way less resource usage than competitors on the desktop side too!
What do you dislike about Worry-Free Advanced?
The Mac users at my company seem to have issues with Trend Micro updates failing, but there have been no other negative aspects of this product that I have seen.
Recommendations to others considering Worry-Free Advanced?
Use this product! In my 16 years of IT experience, I have never found a better product than Trend Micro Worry-Free.
What problems is Worry-Free Advanced solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I started at my current company, there was no anti-virus software on any of the computers. It was an open channel for viruses to come into our domain. By adding Trend Micro Worry-Free to the domain, my company now has peace of mind that their digital assets and information will be protected 24/7.

What do you like best about Worry-Free Advanced?
It's cloud based! Management through the admin dashboard is so simple and rolling out the software to client machines is an absolute breeze. All our users were able to complete the install in no time. The software is also minimal for end users, no intrusive pop-ups, and no performance slow downs.
What do you dislike about Worry-Free Advanced?
That I didn't find this solution quicker. Support questions can sometimes take a little while to get answered but that's understandable.
Recommendations to others considering Worry-Free Advanced?
Run a trial and set it up on both a client machine and your local sever (if applicable), it's so easy to use and customization is great.
What problems is Worry-Free Advanced solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has completely simplified our security solution part of IT infrastructure.

What I like best about the software is that it is very hard to beat and it has customizable settings.

One thing that I dislike is that you cannot set different web protection levels for different people or groups.
