What do you like best about WoodWing Assets?I love how easy it is to upload, organize (using folders and tags), and share images. The entire process works seamlessly.What do you dislike about WoodWing Assets?I can't actually think of anything, it works fine!What problems is WoodWing Assets solving and how is that benefiting you?It helps me keep my image library well organized, and thanks to the tagging feature, I can quickly find the right images whenever a customer asks for inspiration on a specific topic.

Simplified Photo and Product Management with WoodWing Assets

What do you like best about WoodWing Assets?I like using WoodWing Assets to manage my event and product photos because it solves the issues I used to have with organizing and searching through images. I especially appreciate the sharing feature, since I no longer need an external solution to share photos with my team and other recipients. Ease of use is a big plus, and the strong UI and UX make it genuinely pleasant to work with. I also value the version history and the option to add custom metadata. The speed of and performance on retrieving my digital assets is also fast. The initial setup was very straightforward, thanks to the team at Serious Technology who supported us. On top of that, I use it integrated with Adobe files, which is really convenient.What do you dislike about WoodWing Assets?I think it could be more mobile-friendly.What problems is WoodWing Assets solving and how is that benefiting you?WoodWing Assets solves my issues with managing and searching photos efficiently. I appreciate its ease of use and eliminate the need for external solutions for sharing with my team.

The platform stands out for its user-friendly navigation and the remarkable speed at which we can access and retrieve images. The integration with Adobe InDesign seamlessly fits into my workflow and drives productivity. While this is a common aspect of most Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems, the payoff in terms of organiation and ease of access makes it worthwhile.What problems is WoodWing Assets solving and how is that benefiting you?A major benefit of using Swivle is the significant time savings it provides once everything is set up. The ability to quickly locate and retrieve assets means less time spent searching for files and more time dedicated to productive tasks.

What do you dislike about WoodWing Assets?

They don't have a great mobile version on phones. The Tablet version is okay, but could be better!

Recommendations to others considering WoodWing Assets:

If like us, our content (all digital) was exploding and trying to keep a grip on exactly where every file/document/image/contract was, became a challenge. We implemented WoodWIng Assets, did the bulk import and now, what used to take a couple of minutes, maybe even 10-15min looking for that digital content, is now almost instantaneous.

Everything is stored, managed, and shared from our SIngle Source of Truth. The one place we keep everything in, even all confidential documents as its highly secure and with detailed and granular permissions on users and groups, only the right people ever see the content they allowed to!

What problems is WoodWing Assets solving and how is that benefiting you?

Finding all your content, quickly and easily, but super quickly and super easily.

Sharing large files with both internal and external users is incredibly powerful, as you can set the actual download presets.

We can manage every single version of all content, and we know which is the most recent and current version without having to open the files.

Metadata has allowed us to keep track of expiration dates on contracts.

We can keep track of the actual usage of our marketing assets.

We store all our legal and contractual agreements, and we have full details on exactly who changed what, and when.

"The digital assets you need, when you need them, wherever you are!"

What do you like best about WoodWing Assets?

It's hard to say you need a DAM until you find yourself drowning in a tsunami of digital assets. Elvis make easy, in no time and with an almost flat learning curve to get back in control of what you have and what you can use.

What do you dislike about WoodWing Assets?

Difficult to say, maybe that the UI doesn't have too much "nerdy" features but, eventually, it's one of its main values.

What problems is WoodWing Assets solving and how is that benefiting you?

It make the difference between wasting time struggling to find the last version of a digital asset and simply using what you need being sure is the right asset. The main benefits are a terrific improvement of productivity and the reduction of errors down close to zero.

"Elvis rocked my world!"

What do you like best about WoodWing Assets?

I put together an 80-page film guide for the Sarasota Film Festival. There was no way I would have gotten this done without Elvis. Superior Media Solutions was extremely instrumental in helping me use Elvis.

What do you dislike about WoodWing Assets?

I really don't have anything negative to say. Elvis is as good as its namesake.

What problems is WoodWing Assets solving and how is that benefiting you?

The film guide has thousands of assets, each requiring specialized metadata. I needed a system to help me quickly ingest those assets and give me the ability to put my finger on any one of them at a moment's notice.
