The Wodify Team is amazing and very helpful. I use the Website and the management software. Any time I have questions they are quick to respond.

Some of the workout features are a bit challenging to use when adding in you own workouts.

I had some issues with memberships and changing them mid month. The team was quick to respond with answers and videos to help.

I have used Wodify since 2018, and the app keeps getting better-and-better.

- My coaches use the app on their phones to quickly sign-in clients to class

- Clients quickly add their results through the app

- The WODs are shown on a TV screen from the Wodify web version

I wish Wodify's payment processing system was cheaper, but I wish this for every Gym Management Software. Wodify's payment processing is no more expensive than others.

Wodify is an all-in-one tool. I sign up new clients, collect payment information, sign clients into class, and track clients' performances. Without Wodify, I would need to stitch together multiple pieces of software.

Wodify is user friendly platform, and their customer service is equally as great as the service they provide!

Wodify has always been quick to address and fix any issue raised.

Wodify makes it easy to create workouts and even add new movements.

They allow my clients to accurately track their progress over the years.

Wodify has made my job as a CrossFit gym owner so much easier. From their athlete management to their payment processing. They have saved me many hours of work and have always been there for any additional assistance.

I do not have anything that I dislike overall. I would like to see other integrations such as direct deposit for coaches and more customizable reports. Overall they have been outstanding!

Wodify has helped with our athlete management and workout scores. They have also helped with our payment processing and monthly recurring payments. We have also found their competition software has been helpful.

I love how Wodify helps us keep our gym systems organized. From displaying the work out on the TV screen in class, to managing memberships We utilize quite a few features.

Sometimes when there are updates the App will crash. However, when we reach out to Wodify about these concerns, they respond probably and get it fixed!

Wodify is helping us revamp our website to communicate better with new members about our memberships and other services.

In the past it would be down often. but more recently this hasn't been an issue.

One stop shop. I can do all memberships, pricing, invoices, classes. AND it has the platform for members results and workouts

Wodify software allows us to manage our finances, attendance, and communicate effectively with our members and families

There is nothing we dislike, they are constantly upgrading and adding new features

Wodify allows us to simplify the running of our business and focus on classes and teaching our students

That 100% of my members enjoy using the app.

I wish Wodify still had the "nutritional journal feature" We used it a lot to track and keep athletes accountable for eating clean.

More so that they're teaching me how to maximize what their software can do for my business

I've been an admin user of Wodify since 2020 and hands down the best software. It's all in one from the time a member comes through the door for a free trial to getting them signed up and reserved for their next class or session. The OSP is a one-stop shop for getting members active in the system, waivers, and contacts signed, and payment information stored. Takes so much off the owner's and admins' plates.

We use both monthly membership and private training session packs and everything runs smoothly and is very user-friendly for both admins and users

My other favorite part is the crazy extensive reporting section that helps us decide which classes to keep based on attendance and where we should shift our focus.

The retail point of sale is also extremely convenient to sell retail, protein powder, nutrition guides, and anything else we want to add.

Definitely recommend.

I have not experienced anything with Wodify negatively that wouldn't be experienced with any kind of technology across the board.

There are no more spreadsheets or Google docs to keep track of memberships and attendance. We do a lot with session based memberships and had to keep track of how many times a member was in attendance before they needed to pay us.

Wodify keeps track and automatically charges the members for us. A huge bonus is a daily email that we get detailing the transactions that were run in the middle of the night for us. So it works even when we're sleeping.

It tracks performance history, attendance, payments, and is transferable from gym to gym.

It is still a little bit clunky to use. The overall design could be improved. It would be nice to see a summary page for each athlete.

It is nice since it is so widely used and easily transferable, but the interface is not as friendly as programs like SugarWod.
