I haven't found anything that I dislike regarding WizEMM, as if anything happened their support team always there to help me fix the problem.

I love that they are super easy to use and get started. I tried a few other MDMs out there, and Wizy is the most intuitive and cost effective. I can get started on my own with their online documentation, and it's got a really slick interface. Their remote control also works really well. WizyEMM is a great partner to work with, their support is super reactive. But most of all, they are super agile a company, and can easily pivot and develop new features based on customer requests.

I think WizyEMM could do a bit more in terms of supporting non-Android GMS devices. I have some Android AOSP devices, and today not many MDMs are offering managements tools for these devices. So i'll be looking out for that.

Its a Pure software as a service prodider, which gives us full control on our end mobile users.

From day one we can start using it, by zero touch enrollments and many other options available from the day one.

best thing is the segregation between full and work profile management, and profiles can be applied accordingly.

its only for android as of now, may be in future it will be available for other Mobile OS as well.

The overview and possibility to maintain PDA's from a distance

So far I did not found dislikes, we have a great contact with the Wizy support team to solve our issues and find solutions for our suggestions!

One place to take of everything pertaining your mobile devices. No need to get to each individually to make some changes, plus the fact you prevent regular users from making changes to the devices.

It's a bit clunky to use sometimes especially when you have software fixes from certain providers because they don't always work.

Making sure that all mobile scanners are working correctly, have the latest updates for special software programs without the chance that users are messing with them, putting other software on them, etc. etc.

You can as an admininistrator set everything up on the back end and close it up for the regular user.

It can be tricky to test software, since almost impossible to do this.

It makes it possible to set everything up for all end users and make sure they can only do what they need the device for. You can also see which device is active, which one needs updates, etc.
