Customer service is fast what is pleasant

Sometimes the site is a little slow but that gets fixed quickly

You can send easily an email to many people at the same time, and that's a real gain of time ! Also Hugo is a person that's very present and supporting, he answers all of my questions when in doubt.

We don't have many templates or the ability to change to the colors that we'd like to use.

Everything is at the same place, you can manage your lists, edit your press releases (and many other types of communication) and have some insight. It is very helpful in the day to day work.
