User-Friendly Experience
What do you like best about WizCommerce?
It’s user-friendly and easy to navigate, and the interface looks good overall.
What do you dislike about WizCommerce?
From an admin perspective, the contact search sensitivity seems to depend on whether you’re searching by customer/company name or by duplicate-search criteria. In my experience, it isn’t very sensitive when searching by company name, but it is very sensitive when adding phone number and the contact’s name where it prompt or notify me that a same record exist to which it is not. Company name merging is a separate issue as well. It would be best to have a contact-merge option within Wiz itself, similar to the feature in Hubspot, where the admin/user can choose to merge contacts directly in Wiz.
What problems is WizCommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?
The connection between using ELLA and WIZ, as well as the synchronization between Wiz and NetSuite.

Streamlined Sales, Exceptional Support
What do you like best about WizCommerce?
I like that WizCommerce allows us to manage both our showroom sales and web sales with one program. This single source of truth streamlines the sales process. I'm especially happy with the support provided, as they have been helpful whenever needed. The platform has improved several times based on suggestions, making it a reliable tool for us.
What do you dislike about WizCommerce?
I have no outstanding critiques.

WizCommerce handles both showroom and web sales, acting as a B2B wholesale conduit and providing a single source of truth that streamlines the sales process.

WizCommerce is great!
What do you like best about WizCommerce?
The ease of use and the ease of implementation. It is organized and has great features that make my daily use a breeze. We have a great support system too, which helps a lot! They are constantly giving us new features and never overpromise or underdeliver. We love them!
What do you dislike about WizCommerce?
Sometimes they are so great at releasing new features that they forget to tell you about it. But we haev monthly meeting with our CS person, Sunny ( he's the best), and we are able to go over all the newness with ease.
What problems is WizCommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Wizcommerce for our sales tool and our website. Our reps love it and so do we! It is so much easier to shop and more organized than the previous platforms we have used.

Revolutionizes Order Management with Seamless Integration
What do you like best about WizCommerce?
I like how forward-thinking WizCommerce is in terms of AI. They are constantly evolving and adding new features, fully utilizing AI to do so. Their AI image studio is a game changer for product photography, especially with the silo editor that removes backgrounds perfectly with just a click. The lifestyle image generator is amazing for creating beautiful and realistic lifestyle shots without needing a photographer. They also have smaller AI features, like checking for potential customer duplicates when entering new data, which is really helpful. On top of that, WizCommerce built a seamless integration with QuickBooks for us, which saves us a lot of manual work. The team is incredibly easy to work with, and if you need a feature they don’t have, they will collaborate with you to make it happen. We switched from RepZio to WizCommerce and couldn't be happier with the decision. WizCommerce is superior in every way.
What do you dislike about WizCommerce?
Products with fine detail can be a little troublesome at times for the lifestyle generator to accurately replicate. My customers have trouble at times getting logged into our website, but that's more user error than WizCommerce's shortcomings. I wish there was a way for products in a product tree to be sorted via the desired SKU first. The setup was challenging and required a lot of work.
What problems is WizCommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?
WizCommerce centralizes our order processing, integrating orders from trade shows, sales reps, and our website into one channel. It provides seamless order management and eliminates manual labor with QuickBooks integration.

What do you like best about WizCommerce?
I really like how WizCommerce simplifies and unifies my complex B2B workflows. The real-time ERP inventory syncing combined with AI-powered order writing all come together in one simple intuitive interface. It's very user-friendly and makes managing processes much easier. Additionally, the initial setup was super easy and beginners friendly, which I appreciate.

Streamlined order writing during Market
What do you like best about WizCommerce?
Very easy to take orders, enter new customers and check inventory. Easy to update/add items and inventory. Customer Support has been fantastic! They are always there to answer my questions or offer help when I need it. I don't think they ever sleep
What do you dislike about WizCommerce?
Credit card transactions are not processed as simple as with prior systems. We need to learn more about reporting features to get the most out of WIZ.
What problems is WizCommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to replace the order writing system we were using (Brandwise) before it merged with Markettime. We needed something that was easy to use and affordable. WIZ commerce fit the bill.

What do you like best about WizCommerce?
The ability to manage orders, inventory, quotes, and tear sheets—all in one place—has been a game-changer. The UI is clean and intuitive, and the tagging system helps our team track order statuses effortlessly. WizCommerce is fast becoming the central nervous system of our B2B and wholesale business, bringing everything under one roof—orders, quotes, payments, and reporting. The tagging system and status updates are intuitive and give us a real-time view of order progress. It feels like a much more modern and customizable platform compared to what we were using before.
What do you dislike about WizCommerce?
Nothing major at this stage. As we’re pushing the limits of what WizCommerce can do, there are a few edge cases we’ve come across, but the team is responsive and eager to evolve the product based on our feedback.
What problems is WizCommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a centralized platform to replace the patchwork of tools we were using to manage B2B and wholesale orders. WizCommerce eliminates manual steps, improves team visibility, and reduces the back-and-forth between reps, ops, and customers. Order-taking is a breeze. Sales reps have full visibility into real-time while selling on the road. AI recommendations help them sell better and sell more.
