Wisetack is super easy to present to our customers for financing. They help us land jobs that customers may not be able to afford at the time.

Haven't found anything yet to not like with Wisetack.

It allows our customers to get repairs made that they may not be ableto afford at the time.

I like that Wisetack integrates with my CRM JobNimbus. My customer can easily get pre-qualified for their projects with clear financing terms. Having no hidden fees and transparency is really big for me and my customers. Anytime I've had a question, I've been able to speak to a really human being who can access my account and help solve problems, so awesome job there, guys & gals! Lastly, I have really liked being able to use their marketing tool kit and make my customers aware of their payment plan options when doing business with my company. They've made it easy to copy/paste info right to my website and social media.

My only critique is that funding only goes up to $25,000 currently.

Wisetack has been easy to use and gives me an opportunity to get into other markets that would otherwise be unavailable to me.

If you require a deposit, you have to remove the deposit before your Customer can apply for the full amount.

Our services are not a critical item and without wisetack we would be unable to offer options for customers in differing income brackets.

I love the simplicity of Wisetack. I love the links straight to a soft prequalify or a soft application, which work on both computer or phone!

And simple to integrate the links on my website.

I lack the ability to pick the plan that I want to give to a client.

My software system requires that your customer chooses the financing option early in the game. Not sure that is even a Wisetack issue.

Once the application process is started, some customers have a hard time finding where to pick up after a job is complete.

Making applying for financing very easy to be had.

As a service company we have been able to turn on the job estimates into sold jobs on the spot.

Just recently I had a client that we required one repair on 1 system and a recommended repair on another. He was unable to speak to his wife who deals with their finances but when I offered wisetack he said the monthly payment was manageable and he wouldn't need to speak with his wife to get approval. This not only worked out in the benefit of the client but we more than doubled our ticket on that job, on the spot.

Older clients are weary about it and sometimes have issues with it and find it very confusing. Younger clients it is not an issue. Also if someone inputs their cell phone number in incorrectly its not the easiest thing to rectify.

Repair costs are up across the board while many people are sturggling with finances more than ever. Wisetack gives a palatable option to pay monthly at decent rates. It also allows us to prescreen clients to make sure they can even afford to work with us.

fast and easy, good teamwork and coordination between Wise tack and the borrower and us.

so far we have had no issues at all. the only thing I can think of is, that the borrower sometimes will not approve the loan, we had one who thought everything was complete, but he didn't confirm.

Love that Wisetack integrates seamlessly with Housecall Pro. The customer can get approved in 30 seconds.
