The ability to offer projects as products.

The configuration of the rules and calculations is rather complicated. But I assume that’s the price for the configurability.

WisePorter helps us sell projects, which is a crucial part of our work. Our components are usually sold with a project to install them. The pricing of the project is quite complicated and used to take us a lot of time to prepare for each prospect. WisePorter allowed us to describe typical projects as products and sell them along with the components. The system even allowed us to configure cross-checks to ensure a match between the project and the components.

In WisePorter, clients are their priority. The software is very flexible and easily configurable to business needs. It was a great opportunity to easily have one source of truth for our products and marketing materials.

It is hard to say, as our experience was excellent. However, we would appreciate more DAM functionalities in this software, but that is our very specific need.

Single source of truth! Plus, everyone in the company was very helpful, trying to find a solution that we really need and helping us with each step.

Dynamic pricing. You can set up rules and calculate prices on the fly.

It fits our needs nicely. We didn't try large volumes, though - we have low volumes of large-complexity products.

Product rollout and dynamic pricing.

We publish new products quite often. WisePorter allows us to roll them out in no time. Our products have rather complex pricing - rolling them out requires defining a price calculation (Excel-style) and a set of forms for customers to fill in (different for each new group of products). WisePorter was the only PIM we found that could do this. Without it, our IT would have to implement some price calculation code on our website for each new product group.

Ability to store insurance products. Rules for calculations. Speed.

The initial project took some time to configure the product model. The supplier helped us do this, but it took two months. Once this was ready, the rest was easy.

It stores information about financial products on the market. We use this information to create customized products for our customers. It also helps automatically analyze the information provided by the customer and choose the most suitable products for them.

Smart pricing strategies. Bulk marketing actions. Automated generation of SEO based on product parameters - managed directly by users.

Because of the size of our product portfolio (up to 180 000 imported products), we face issues with speed and limitations in some bulk actions.

Pricing - definition of the inputs, ability to include many variables in the calculation, extensive automation of pricing calculations, huge reduction of manual work

It is a perfect tool for our business users for product portfolio management. They can directly manage product properties and logic and they do not need to ask IT for help.

It would be nice if the rules modelu could be more closely integrated with basic product data. It is not intuitive to switch to another module for editing decision tables.

Before using WisePorter we had to do all product changes by IT. Now business users have a perfect tool to do simple changes by themselves. It saves time for both IT and business.

Wise Porter supports flexible offering and pricing scenarios for individual sales channels and customer segments. I loved how easy it is to set up promotions, discounts ad so on.

There is not much to say, I worked with SIM before, and Wise Ported just did the job I needed in quality I expected.

Definitelly its flexibility. You can model anything you need within a couple of minutes and immediatelly see the results. Does not matter whether you sell shoes or financial services. Clean modern design, intuitive GUI.

API could be simplier. You need to go into the documentation to find out how to filter unnecessary information.

We did a proof of concept for one of our customers for PIM solutions. WisePorter ranked very high, we recommended it.

Automation. Many things can be set up as automatic. Also sets and packages - we provide a small discount but sell many more products to one shopper.

The user interface is sometimes clumsy. It needs more tools for multi-editing more products at the same time.

My e-shop sells a range of products from many suppliers. Processing this information manually would be a nightmare. WisePorter imports the information and merges together. It lets us add our own offers that distinguish us from the competitors - such as sets and packages designed for specific situations. These can even be combined from products from many suppliers, which is great. It lets us do exactly what we need and saves us a lot of work.

It allows business owners of individual financial products to throw away their excel product sheets and distribute product management across the organization. They can use centralized product management software to better understand and manage product information and settings in an automated way from one place.

You need to configure it first before you can use it. You need to define the product structure, parameters, and product lifecycle. The vendor offers a pre-defined model for finance, but you always need to adjust it for the specific needs of each banking client.
