This program solved an issue with getting Bottled water and Ice to our field staff in various locations. We install the app on their company phones and we allocate a weelkly amount of funds for each employee to purchase Bottled water and ice to keep water cold, as they work out in the elements (forest). Now, with WEX, we do not have to worry about reimbursing staff members and dealing with paper receipts.

Sometimes getting the funds tansferred to the account to get out to field staff can get stuck.

No more emailing or sending us paper receipts for the purchase of bottled water and for gas too. Everything the employee needs can be handled right through the app, and all we do is sent in the funds to WEX, and WEX is doing a virtual paement on behalf of everyone. A great time saver and each and every one of our MDM phones comes with the App preinstalled.
