I like that the documentation system is easy to use and prompts you to fill out each section.

I don't like that it is an internet based system. This means that the system crashes if the internet goes down.

Consider how good your internet is before implementing an internet based healthcare documentation system.

We have been able to modify the documentation system to fit our clinic's needs such as specific templates for wheelchair evaluations or lymphedema. This makes documenting easier and more efficient.

Medication Administration and Treatment Administration are simple to use. Forms are customizable. Ability to link orders to note templates. Affordability of software.

Configuration is clunky, system is not as intuitive as expected. We have issues every day. Support staff are friendly and responsive but anything that requires next level support is not as responsive and that is 50% of issues. ePrescribe integration is full of bugs.

We went from paper charts to electronic charts. Wellsky was very helpful in the implementation. We do have more accountability and visualization into chart history.

The program is easy is to learn. It has an online interface that is very practical. Many people use wellsky or have had experience with documenting in it therefore it is very useful.

I dislike their customer service sometimes they're great and can help you with ease other times I feel like they do not know how to help or fix the issue with the system. It's kind of hit or miss with the support person on the phone.

It is an easy system to use. I would recommend it. It just gets a taking use to it.

With Wellslky we can document our treatment to patients and like I said it it pretty easy system unlike others. A benefit would be it is a reliable system and it is easy to train others.
