Like all TitanHQ solutions, WebTitan is immediately ready for use and requires minimal technical intervention to protect all internal personnel. With the OTG client, remote, domestic, and traveling workers can also be protected. What to say? An all-inclusive DNS protection.

Many organizations also require protection for smartphones (Android and iOS) and Linux devices; the OTG client does not yet protect these devices.

Superb protection at an affordable price.

The categories of sites deemed risky are blocked, preventing voluntary or involuntary clicking on the wrong link, which risks compromising company security, as well as limiting distractions for staff.

Once we got it installed it has worked great for our library. Love that I don't have to install it on individual computers. Great customer service.

It took a bit to get it to work with our network system.

We are meeting CIPA requirements to protect children from inappropriate sites. Less worry about malware and viruses being downloaded.

I am able to set access policies that fit each user and fit different groups. I have a lot of control when used in conjunction with my router DNS settings and my Active Directory server. The age ranges using our computers is from 9 to 43 to being able to customize and group at the same time saves a tremendous amount of oversight effort and leaves enough flexibility to meet all our needs.

It took us a bit to get integrated because the documentation could have been a bit more clear on specific system requirements.

The addition of the On-The-Go agents and AD integration options make this a great tool.

I honestly don't have any real negatives to offer here.

OTG agents drop offline now and then, but a restart of service resolves it immediately, and it's very infrequent.

Go for it, far superior to other products and we have used many big names such as Barracuda.

Effective but affordable, non local applianace based web filtering. Inexpensive enough to add as a value add to our managed services offerings.

It was extremely easy to work with the Customer Service Department with WebTitan. We had many questions along the way, and Liam McCarty was able to answer every one...and if he couldn't, he found the answer for us! Responses from the company always arrive in a timely fashion.

The platform is easy to navigate and use. I have been able to set the parameters so that I know members of my organization are safe while using WebTitan Web Filter.

I feel like there are so many features that I am not aware of or do not know how to use to get the most out of my experience.

THis is a great platform for Conent filtering and firewall for educational institutions. It is easy to set up, easy to use, and easy to monitor.

The product is very easy to implement. It's blocking what I have configured and also safe search is working. This is very important for schools. A new customer is added in minutes. The time for administration is short. We use the Cloud WebTitan, so we have nothing to do with the underlying system. Great Product.

Nothing, the product is workling like it should

Cloud Webfilter for Customers, but also for traveling Students and Teachers.

Love working with support. No long wait times or sessions. Any problems are usually resolved in about 20 minutes. Documentation is step-by-step.

Sites get blocked even when domain is whitelisted unless you turn off the category. Provisioning time takes around a half hour to apply after changed.

We are a school, so web filtering is required by the state. This solution is cost-effective and saves hours of labor and whitelist requests. Easy to investigate when administration needs to check history of students and can give statistics to the school board.
