We switched to Formstack Documents from much more expensive solution and cut our costs in half. The transition was seamless and the support team was very helpful with helping us get our documents properly configured. I have had to reach out to Support a few times since the initial transition and they are very responsive and were able to help resolve any isuses quickly.

I wish there were more merges included in the Starter plan. We occastionally get close to or up to our document merge limit on the Starter plan (150 merges). We would be more comfortable with a 200 document merge limit but the cost to add 50 more merges as an add-on is simply too high and would bring our cost per merge up to around $0.70. For context, we are currently paying around $0.64/merge. The teams plan is a much better deal at $0.36/merge (limit of 500/month) but it would double our cost and we would not come close to using 500/month.

We use this product to merge data into our Sales proposal.

Very easy to use system and very flexsible.

Data Routing image atachment can't be controlled or resize. Please add feature to be able to resize or change the orientation from Formstack Document.

We are no longer using manual enrolment form. Since we used Formstack Form & Formstack Document, the enrolment process is now seamless.

What is most helpful with formstack is the ease of creating any form, collecting data, reimbursement etc. If you can think of it, formstack can do it.

Linking the combine document into 1 PDF feature can be difficult to figure out and if you make a slight change it will mess up your merge but other than that it is pretty user friendly!

We now use this for catering requests, reimbursement request, mileage, off duty police pay, capex request. This has been a game changer.

Formstack Documents is such a user friendly tool. Most of our customers are not tech saavy and their easy clicks not code model makes it so that my customers can use this tool seemlessly. In addition, the formstack team is super helpful and easiily accessible to answer our questions and assist with setting up our documents.

We have used several other form tools via our customers and we find this one to be the easiest to setup, use and get support from. We recommend this product to all of our clients looking for a documents solution.

We sometimes find all of the steps complicated when it comes to uploading your own document template. The downloading and uploading of the document with the merge tags can be cumbersome, but once you set it up it works great.

Formstack solves a variety of issues for our clients. Previously, our clients were exporting reports from Salesforce and doing mail merges of data and sending documents via snail mail. They did not always have correct addresses and it obviously took time to send out these documents. When documents were needed to be sent to large volumes of people, they spent days halting all other work to produce the documents. Now, with the click of a button they are able to reach their audiences faster!

Formstack Documents is very easy to use and you are able to have it sent to a person or a shared drive which makes it easy when multiple folks need the documents. We use formstack documents for HR, IRB, Withdrawal Forms, etc.

The merge part to the document side can be a little aggrevating but overall the product is worth it.

It allows multiple users to receive one document. It cuts out a lot of back and forth emails.

Easy to setup, integrates well with several of our tech solutions, and is very cost effective for our needs.

Slight learning curve, but we really don't have any issues or complaints at all!

We need a way to send automatically generated documents to our end user and it has to come from our custom built software solution, and we have 10 different documents depending on the situation for the customer. Through the API, we trigger a document that then sends to Adobe Sign to get a signature with all the correct details already in the document. Saves us a ton of time in document creation, formatting, and getting signatures.

Formstack automates so much of our back office now it's hard to imagine being able to fuction without it. We have integrations with at least 10 different applications all made possible by Formstack. We have been using it as a core part of our stack for about 8 years. I have been satisfied with the support i have received as well, and the team generally seems very willing to help.

I can't really think of a downside. Our experience has been overwhelmingly positive.

Creation of contracts. Creation of timesheets for signature. Integration between applicant tracking system and CRM. Creation of offers of employment/subcontracts. Creation of API files for upload to our ERP.

This product has changed our bussiness going forward with the ability to inbed forms into our website and have customers sign proposals.

I have no dislikes about the products eveything works great

We looked for years on how to solve having our service agreements paperless and that a customer can sign up with ease and this product solved everything

I like that you can customize documents and that it is connected to formstack forms. We use this for internal and external purposes. I like that it is easy to integrate into other systems such as sharepoint, onedrive, email, etc.

It can be a bit hard to learn at first but with the new builder it makes it easier. On occasion there may be a glitch but that is easily fixed.
