At this point I don't have any issues, but we have taken customization request for Avalara and if it doesn't work the way I expected with QuickBooks then for sure, I will start disliking the app.

But I'm sure it will work!!

Making my order flow much better than in the past. Past companies tormented my life and Webgility will make the stress go away.

The support team is very helpful and respect customers whenever they need like today I learned how to post orders to QuickBooks and trainer helped me a lot without charging any additional cost.

I didn't know that it was more than an 3rd party inventory sync tool. Today I learned that it is more than that like recording orders and other stuff.

I use Webgility right now for inventory syncing but now we will post orders too..

I like Webgility for its automation, which eliminates the need for manual transactions. The ease of posting and unposting transactions is a standout feature for me. It removes the redundancy of going into QuickBooks and ensures I am unposting the correct transaction directly within Webgility. Also, setting up Webgility was easy, thanks to my knowledgeable representative who was well-versed in platforms like QBDT, Amazon, and Webgility.

Not being able to select a default warehouse would be a nice feature.

Webgility eliminates manual transactions and makes posting and unposting transactions easy, ensuring correct transactions without redundancy.
