Weavy is best when it comes to integration with any simple application. With three simple blocks of code, it got integrated with my application. The API is very well designed alongside the detailed documentation that can be found on the Weavy website.
At the moment, there is nothing to dislike about Weavy. But, in the future, community support should be enhanced, and multi-language support in the API will be better.
With Weavy, we can do live collaborations with the in-app chat solution. It is especially the best when it comes to providing live support and attending multiple customers at once.
When we got a request to add the chat functionality into our product we analyzed different solutions and found that the Weavy is the best to cover all our scenarios. From the box we got ability to install backend on IIS and used a chat Drop-in UI in mobile and desktop clients. It's really minimized our efforts to get the full-featured chat in the product.
It would be good to have more detailed documentation about API endpoints. There is a Swagger documentation but in some cases the parameters format is not clear. Anyway when we had some questions the Weavy support provided quick and good response.

I like the versitility of their products - they are quite flexible (with numerous features) especially with the ability to customize the functionality to your particular needs. The guys at Weavy are actively developing and fixing things and they feedback seriously into consideration.
Their customer support is great! I've had several calls and chats with them about different problems I've been having with my integration and they are always quick in replying and have been really helpful.
The product can be easy to implement/integarte (even with just a few lines of code) and use, which of course depends on what you're looking to build, but the support is always there for guidance.
Some of the API lacks detailed documentation and for simple queries I often have to turn to the support.
Some of the terminoligy to distinguish between things is a bit hard to graps and differentiate (apps, conversations, messages) and what is best used in different scenarios.
