WCFM is a platform that provides a complete solutions to create an e-commerce marketplace for various purposes. It easy to use platform and ease of implement of various task makes it unique. For any technical issues it also provides a great customer experience. One of the best features of this software is ease of integration of various payment gateways to receive patment from anywhere and in any currencies.

It is a fully-featured platform to create own marketplace but one of its pain points is its pricing. You need to purchase its pro version that costs too much. For a new or small business owner, it might be a difficult to purchase it.

Most of the people are going to start their own business, hence they need to have their own e-commerce platform or marketplace. But developing a marketplace required technical skills and a good team as well as time and efforts. It is not possible to invest such money to do that. WCFM provides a simple but powerful tool to develop their own marketplace without any tehcnical knowledge or much investment. It provides almost all features that one should need to run their online business.

WCFM is one of the best Marketplace I have ever used. It easy to use interface and all in one featured make it the best. It provides a fully featured front end dashboard to manage all vendor and activities.

Yhe main problem with this Marketplace is its price. Its price is too high and also it does not provide licence for 1 website. If you purchase it you have to do it for minimum 2 websites that makes it more costly.

Today, online market is rowing the fastest and evryone wants to go online but they don't have enough technical knowledge. WCFM Marketplace provides no-code and easy to use interface so that anyone can use it and start their own Marketplace.

The application is well designed and Provides a lot of features and modifications as well as Easy to use and customizable and this is the best thing i like in it

The support system is very Slow and not able to download and re-install the software even through I purchased it and I have not been able to go live with my site yet

In WCFM Marketplace there is no problem in it and it is productive and giving advises to me and for the vendor and the clients too any how it is best use of it.

Ability to have one's marketplace for free

Ability that small business owners has to own a marketplace and expand to reach their target audience. It makes me more productive by giving advise to clients on how to make the best use of it.

There were some upside but the attitude from customer service totally wash away any positives about the plugins. Also why you need 5 or more plugins to make a functioning multi vendor website I do not understand. All plugins do is increase page speed and WCFM require 4 for a decent functioning multi vendor site.

The customer service is appalling. As a paying customer that purchased the ultimate package the way the customer service has spoken to me over "support" has been disgusting. The person admitted that made a decision not to ask me any questions that would facilite an answer to my query quickly. They wrote the following -**You might ask, why I didn’t tell you this before – it’s because you haven’t specified any information about which plugins you’re using or provided your site link. Today, I retrieved your URL from the WCFM license activation details and visited your site. ***So they admitted that they made a choice not to ask me for my URL, had they done that they would not have wasted my time and frustrated me by going back and forth over email support.

They also think the following is acceptable ***especially considering your limited development understanding. - but it seems challenging to convey. *** The fact this company thinks it is acceptable to call its customers IDIOTS isnt acceptable for any business. I dont normally write reviews but the contempt this company has towards a paying customer has shocked me.

It has a lot of features and is quite customisable. We turned off vast majority of them as it can be overwhelming.

There is no support. If you are serious about running a marketplace with thousands of users support is essential, and I'm not talking about support that allows developing new features, but just support that makes sure what is advertised is working. For us after all the set up and designing and building the site, we realised that there is an issue with withdrawals and payments functionality to do with the plugin and asked for help. They have ignored us for over a month, and all of our efforts at the moment have been for nothing.
