Wave: Enterprise RFID Inventory Reviews

The entire team has been fantastic to work with, starting with Carl Brown. We had been introduced to Carl and the team, and they have had a significant impact on our daily operations. They took on a task with no prior knowledge of how our operations worked. With that, SIMPLY RFID visited our site after a few discussions on the phone. We were off and running, and in a short period, we had what we needed. I couldn't be any happier!!

Simply put, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!

Having an RFID system in place will allow us to track and inventory all our assets in a significantly less period. Manual inventories are antiquated and are not cost-effective! Plus, they create an electronic receiving system based on our requirements, and SIMPLY RFID did the job better than we could have imagined.

The Simply RFID Wave system is so simple to use and user friendly. And the level of accuracy in tracking our assets is unmatched. It's really improved our property management operation greatly.

I honestly can't think of a thing. Any suggestions on how we wanted to see our data was implemented by their software team without hesitation. They're just great to work with.

Tracking of assets are a snap and the amount of time saved to conduct an inventory is fractions of what it used to take.

Wave is capable of adapting to your needs. The support staff is a makeup of stakeholders from the top, so you get the personalized experience you need to understand how your business will integrate RFID technology. The reporting dashboard on POGI server is quite limited, but overall my experience is summed up by saying this: SimplyRFID is user-friendly.

I'm not too fond of the lack of dashboard customization. I also don't like how some tasks can be very repetitive such as selecting the location repeatedly when adding items to the inventory via "quick tag".

We are solving the problem of spending way too much time counting inventory every month. Our leaders' time is too valuable to have them counting to 3000 twice a month either during business hours making the job more difficult or after hours when they should be getting R&R. However we have proven to see other benefits as well such as knowing EXACTLY what items are in our store. If an item goes missing, then we can find out sooner allowing us to address root causes quicker.

Our IT staff keeps track of a huge amount of laptops in an educational facility. With Wave we can very quickly inventory these devices at the end of each day and make sure they are in the right classroom.

We had an issue with text when using Night Mode on IOS but I believe this has been fixed.

Wave has solved the problem of our previously slow inventory process.

Very easy to implement in comparison to other RFID solutions and very modular to your requirements. Their customer support is also top tier; they do an unbelievable job in understanding your requirements and respond quickly. We have had several of our feature suggestions implemented in our short time with Simply RFID (15 months) which shows their team cares for the success of the clients.

Not much to dislike, but an android app would be the only thing on my wish list.

Definitely spend more time in the planning of implementing the RFID system, and don't rush the implementation. SImplyRFID provides great support which you should take advantage of.

The 2-3 weeks we spend doing a physical inventory count every year, and the classic can't find a box, but the database shows we have stock of a certain SKU.

Whatever the costs were to implement Wave RFID, we have already seen the return in terms of location inventory promptly to fulfill our sales orders. We have over 5000+ SKUs.

The Wave application is the foundation for our own Inventory Control app that was developed by SimplyRFID. It is extremely versatile and SimplyRFID can cater to most business models. I like how the Wave app is structured and can change its functionality to be used in a broad range of businesses and their needs. I also like that the Wave app is able to update automatically and without any effort for the end-user. If SimplyRFID makes a change to the current build it will automatically update all users.

There is not much to dislike about the Wave app. The only thing I would suggest is to have it run on an Android platform and not just iOS. If it were able to run on both Android and iOS there would be a wider range of devices that can be used on the CS108 scanner.

We are trying to solve inventory management and reordering of optical frames. The optical industry has never had a solid inventory control process and the Wave app has solved it! We use SimplRfID's proprietary technology to scan entire inventories, in a matter of seconds, to accurately identify the current inventory counts. The Wave app is used to scan inventory, add/remove items, sell items, and reorder. SimplRFID built our custom app, using Wave, and implemented a portal/dashboard that is used to dynamically manage inventory. SimplyRFID took it a step further and integrated it with other practice management software to order items at the time it's sold. This creates more product turns because the item stays on the shelf and is ordered direct.

I now have to deal with discrepancies I didn't know I had.

We are keeping up with what we have in stock and what we need to order. It's like my new virtual assistant!

Simply RFID has been very easy to work with and able to get up and running on a tight timeline. Their open API also makes it easy to integrate into our current accounting software.

Integration with our accounting software will have to be built: not out-of-the-box, but doable.
