What I like best is how easy it is to implement and the constant support we get from Wanify..Another great thing is to be able to have great savings by disconnecting MPLS.

At this point it has been a great experience, support from Wanify has been excellent. Each question that we have had has been answered.

Make the move, it has been a game changer for us.

We are able to save money by using DIA and broadband circuits instead of paying for expensive MPLS circuits. The other solved problem is the ability to spin up sites in a quickly manner.

The simplicity of management. The ROI is dramatic and immediate. A solution is to use direct Internet connectivity that provides simpler and consistent performance to cloud-based applications.

There was nothing to dislike about this solution. It was easy to implement and even easier to manage. My team and leaders were thoroughly impressed. I even thought we make a great decision going in this direction.

PKJ Marketing has a intensive cloud application for Office 365 and Azure. The WANIFY solution has increased the performance drastically for our branch offices.

The company has been responsive and accurate in all of my queries.

I have not had any experience with them to dislike their service.

If you like working with a company that is responsive, technical and reasonably priced, I would recommend them.

They monitor our Velocloud and Internet connectivity among various locations.

Professional advice and great customer service/support right when you need them. Wanify is always right on the money when it comes to service outage notification or troubleshooting network issues. Customer service always provide options that tailored to our needs.

Service and Support have been great that I don't have anything to complain about. Initially wasn't receiving service interruption notification emails but this had been rectified by Support a while back.

Wanify service is top of the notch. Service is easy to set up (takes only minutes to set up and deploy service) and reliable. You won't be disappointed with Wanify!

Reduce/eliminate business down time caused by internet outage while provides the ability to connect all offices without the expensive and out-of-date MPLS technology.

Wanify has 24/7 support, so you've always got eyes and ears on your company's vital services. It's always assuring that you've got someone on call to let you know if your Internet goes out at your business. Better yet, they'll resolve your issues for you if at all possible.

Their support team doesn't have an automated notification in case of services going down. So there could be an hour or two delay between services going down and an actual notification from the support team.

EDIT: Wanify read my review and made this change for me, so my biggest issue has been resolved by leaving an honest review.

We were able to create a point to point VPN between our two locations. We were also able to properly prioritize VoIP traffic with our Avaya system which is hosted at one of our facilities. I've been able to learn a lot advanced networking after using Wanify SD WAN.

All the information it sends back via the graphs and live monitoring.

The process of vetting and acquisition was very straightforward, and post-implementation our solution has worked flawlessly. One of the few technology solutions that actually work exactly as advertised!

No downsides really...we didn't get a ton of support on the implementation, but since we are pretty self-sufficient it wasn't an issue at all.

Two key objectives in adoption of SD-WAN for us: 1) simplification of connectivity to cloud providers, which via a traditional VPN was always a bit of a hassle, and lacked any visibility into performance. 2) Redundancy of ISPs at our main office, which during a recent nationwide outage proved to be invaluable. Failover and failback were nearly seamless.

They have good customer service. The sales team has been easy to work with.

Initially, we had trouble getting all of our issues resolved. Getting escalation to Velo Cloud support didn't go as quickly as I wanted in the beginning stages.

I would definitely POC it.

WAN redundancy. Benefits are not relying on one connection per office.
