The customer service is pretty smashing too, I had a live FREE web call with the CEO of the company Jack, he gave me pointers and helped me sort out the campaign. How cool is that? I have not come across any problems so far, it is a really awesome tool. Maybe they could add some more premade templates? But they also have a ton to chose from already so that is more of an idea than anything.
