The media is exactly what I need and set up was swift and affective.

What do you like best about Vuelio Media and PR?

The help that is on offer. Very efficient and helpful. I can train and get answers to queries all day every day without difficulty. You can self help via training or with reference to well organised, easy to find succict Q&A. You can chat live, email and always get assistance at any time.

What do you dislike about Vuelio Media and PR?

I don't like the dashboard it is too complicated for me. More tech savvy people will be fine with it but I find it hard to digest all the information that is presented to me.

What problems is Vuelio Media and PR solving and how is that benefiting you?

It sorts relevant articles for me so I can read them in bulk.

I like the fact that the software has an extensive search and filtering facility, which makes it easy to find the information and contacts needed.

What do you dislike about Vuelio Media and PR?

Having been migrated over from a previous system, we were disappointed not to have the full functionality of the previous system, including the ability to export saved media lists.

Recommendations to others considering Vuelio Media and PR?

It is definitely worth trying as many of the functions are first class and will save your consultancy, agency or in-house a considerable amount of time and effort sourcing contacts and publication details.

What problems is Vuelio Media and PR solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have solved the problem of finding accurate, up-to-the date information, including contact names and numbers. The business benefits include increased efficiency and less time spent sourcing the information ourselves.

Easy to add pics and links, and media monitoring service misses nothing!

Vuelio enables me to identify specific journalists for a particular story, but also suggest a wide range of titles and names for general press statements about topics in the news.

The database of industry experts/influencers and journalists is fantastic and very solid. I also appreciate the tools for creating/distributing press releases and tracking the potential requests/feedbacks.

What do you dislike about Vuelio Media and PR?

A little bit of a limited database in case if you’re trying to reach smaller markets. Usually, markets like the US, UK are well covered. Therefore it matters which is the target country/countries.

What problems is Vuelio Media and PR solving and how is that benefiting you?

We tried to increase our online presence and needed some extra help regarding people that we would like to approach. We also needed more comprehensive media monitoring.

Not entirely convinced on the Reach figures for articles, have also noted some instances of missing coverage.

What problems is Vuelio Media and PR solving and how is that benefiting you?

Vuelio have helped us monitoring media coverage of one of our competitions, especially in smaller markets where have less visibility. The daily email alerts are especially useful in this regard.
