Great Accuracy for Legal Transcripts

What do you like best about VoxSigma?

VoxSigma is quite useful for real time interview conversion or quick meetings into text format. The software is also very easy to use, with a neat and clean design that makes finding and uploading your audio files easier than ever.

What do you dislike about VoxSigma?

To test out the site during my probation period, I uploaded a legal deposition that had the following transcript: Thus, VoxSigma does not work as a tool to perform highly accurate tasks, when a focus is made on legal or technical aspects.

What problems is VoxSigma solving and how is that benefiting you?

In a typical low level job like taking calls and notes from the clients and organizing a brainstorming session, VoxSigma can prove to be quite useful. It relieves me of the burden of having to take all the notes which is very tiring and enables me to listen to the conversation.

Great speech to text conversion software

What do you like best about VoxSigma?

This software is easy to use, provide accurate transcriptions and has support for multiple languages.

What do you dislike about VoxSigma?

There is nothing least helpful about VoxSigma but the UI looks old and it would be great if the design is updated.

What problems is VoxSigma solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps to transcribe speech into text for a wide variety of languages and provide accurate results. It also identifies the speaker and the language.

Great AI for Speech to Text Transcriptions

What do you like best about VoxSigma?

We used VS to transcribe phone calls with clients and from clients and also to transcribe our fitness videos to provide closed captioning options. It was very easy to use and very easy to integrate with our other software!

What do you dislike about VoxSigma?

Nothing in specific but there are many other products out there like it and I think it is still new and has some bugs and glitches to work through.

What problems is VoxSigma solving and how is that benefiting you?

Transcribing client phone calls as well as podcasts and exercise videos to provide closed captioning without tons of man hours

What do you like best about VoxSigma?

The performance of VoxSigma is to focus on the extreme deviations in the conversation and making it look like there is a specific danger. It has been especially beneficial for us in terms of alerting us to spam calls and voicemails that may be of a fraudulent nature.

What do you dislike about VoxSigma?

I have come across many instances that delivered high numbers of false positives. VoxSigma can also sometimes ‘blow’ on quite perfectly normal and harmless discussions and this can be quite tedious cycling through.

What problems is VoxSigma solving and how is that benefiting you?

By monitoring and adding a layer of security in my voice communication channels, VoxSigma addresses a significant challenge. I find it useful for recognizing the threats and checking the general quality of interaction with customers.
