Good software but not necessary

What do you like best about Volunteer Matrix?

The software does a lot and can track things pretty easily. Not a lot of fuss.

What do you dislike about Volunteer Matrix?

For being software, I don't find it making my life too much different than how I was tracking things before. With the exception being that now everything is in one place.

What problems is Volunteer Matrix solving and how is that benefiting you?

It has helped us cut down on using multiple programs to track everything, which does cut down on some time.
