I really like the way VOGSY integrates with the rest of our IT landscape. I also appreciate the features related to projects and deliverables. The onboarding was very easy. I don't really remember the onboarding in detail, which means it didn't take much effort for us.

We use VOGSY for project administration and invoicing. It solves the problem of not having insight into the margin per project. VOGSY's Dashboards help us share this with the team so that everyone knows what's at stake and how to improve.

Initially, we had to enter some billing details for multi-year engagements manually, but with AI assistance, that is now being solved.

The simplicity of the platform, the seamless QuickBooks integration, and the clear visual reporting. Everything feels designed for real operational needs, not just for technical users.

What immediately stood out with VOGSY was how easy it was to implement. The onboarding was straightforward, and our team didn’t need weeks of training to get comfortable with the platform. This helped us move quickly without disrupting ongoing client work.

More customization options for certain reports would be helpful. That said, the support team is responsive, and issues are usually resolved quickly.

I am the CEO of a housing consultancy and design firm. We used to work with separate systems and Excel sheets. In Vogsy, we have one system for all our potential and active customer data, quotes, time declarations, invoicing, and document management. From the very beginning, onboarding was smooth and intuitive, we always received prompt support from the VOGSY team, and in a short time we were able to get fully operational and help roll it out internally.

VOGSY's clean interface, end-to-end tracking, and full access to company data (at their simple pricing structure) are key differentiators from other PSA tools like Mavenlink, BigTime, or Scoro.

Ideally, VOGSY would also integrate a purchase order process that went beyond tracking a PO for a vendor in the project estimate/actuals, but could also create a trackable document for sending to vendors.

As a fractional operations consultant, I have supported the implementation of VOGSY with three companies, so speaking on behalf of those professional services businesses, the key solutions VOGSY has provided are: True budget management (estimating effort for project delivery, time tracking, and actuals reporting), resource management (allocations, utilization, and contractor management), and business-level reporting insights (sales funnel including true revenue forecasting that includes opportunity stage specific weighted forecasts, a 30/60/90 day (and beyond) view of revenue expected based on project planning, and income planning based on invoicing schedules).

All of this, including a simple interface, seamless integration with Google Workspace, and reliable customer service that goes above and beyond to make the system work for you.

I find VOGSY tracks our complete commercial and logistics processes, supports lead to cash, offers flexibility and mobile-first functionality, integrates seamlessly with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, and provides an integrated 360-degree overview with no time leaks.

VOGSY is an all-encompassing tool that allows you as little or as much insight into a project or your company as you need. It is intuitive and thoughtful, and I really appreciate how open the VOGSY team is to feedback and recommendations.

I like that VOGSY can track a customer from whatever point in your sales process that you want to (integrating with your CRM), that you can plan a project, do resource management, and dive into all aspects of utilization, project budget health, company KPIs, revenue tracking, and more. The reporting is deep and between it' out-of-the-box charts and full access to all data via Google Workspace, you can literally find any data point you need!

VOGSY offers collaboration on the Customer-level, the project-level, all the way down to the task-level, plus tying it into your Google Inbox is great so you can track conversations beyond VOGSY. Very nice!

Vogsy has so many ways of slicing the data. It's very flexible and adaptable.

Determining how to most efficiently use Vogsy for OUR company needs, specifically. It has been a challenge to figure out what works best for us; what to use, and what not to use and how to combine all the tools. We've had lots of trial and error, but in the end it is well worth it and I am glad our company chose Vogsy over the many other PSA software programs we tested.

I like how we can make each deliverable separately and task towards a specific deliverable, so we can keep track of how much we have spent toward each one.

Some of the updates we have requested have taken a long time to implement or have not been implemented. But we understand Vogsy is a new platform.

The problems are just getting used to a new software tool, and having some requests not be implemented for a long period of time.
