It's simple to use and understand. I can track shipment, cost, and track inventory all on one website. It makes doing business better.

Sometimes the website will freeze and I will need to refresh the page. I only have this issue with VISCO so it's not ideal.

This product assists me with monitoring my item and invoicing. I know whether I enter a SO and PO that I won't forget about the article, and a receipt will be created, so I remember to receipt my client.

I have been using it for a long, and I did not find anything that I dislike about VISCO.

The software is great for keeping track of shipments and automated the process. The price is very competitive for what you receive from the software and how much it helps.

Takes time to adjust to the system and the learning curve. I could see how coming from another system that you are accustomed to could make the transition harder more if you are coming from DOS.

VISCO has helped us streamline our processes and makes our data entry much simpler and automated much of our process. It is definitely worth testing out and seeing if it is a good fit for your computer. Esepcially if you do a lot of shipping and receiving. If you are thinking of trying to automate your shipping and receiving I would go with this software.

The system is straightforward to understand. The support staff is delightful. Every time you call, you can reach the same person to follow through with a question. I especially like that they can log in to my computer to see what my question is and how to fix what I messed up.

The software can be a bit buggy at times, but on the flip side problems are quickly resolved by Visco staff. There are times when the user interface can be more intuitive. It takes a lot of clicks to obtain relevant information.

We have had excellent results with VISCO mapping our invoices from their software into QuickBooks Online. The integration has been successful in terms of posting zero errors.

When customers want pricing for a new item or items they would like developed, that information can be input manually or uploaded via spreadsheet using the data import tools. The user will choose the customer (or prospective customer), the contact, and a due date for the customer inquiry. They can also assign the inquiry to another user for follow up.

I like the software overall. It helps me on daily basis but I wish it was a Little easier to use and id the user interface was a little more organized that would help a lot but overall it is a great piece of software.
