Ving is super user friendly, but what I love most about Ving is their customer support. Our company had an easy implementation. Their team is amazing, very helpful, and solution oriented. They truly take their customers insights and concerns and work to deliver platform upgrades and fixes.

It could use more flexibility in it's options for specific scenarios. There are small fixes that could be integrated to make it more convenient but overall, I think they got the right formula.

Ving takes full safety videos created by Rachel Walla Housman (Ally Safety) and cuts them up into multiple 5-10 shorter videos. In today's fast-paced workplace, not many companies either have a full-time Safety Professional or have the time to design and create safety meetings. Ving makes it simple to share a topic with your employees through their amazing website.

Truly, after using the Ving App for the last few years, I am hard-pressed to come up with a single thing I dislike about their program

When I first started as the Safety Manager for our small city municipality (280 total employees/city population 37K), I was very delighted that I was not going to have to create monthly safety meetings just to have safety meetings. However, over the years I've felt the need to cover some basic topics (lockout/tagout, housekeeping, body mechanics, etc.) but I did not want to have a safety meeting just to have a safety meeting. This is where Ving fills a void in our training program. They have a HUGE selection of safety microlearning topics. Rachel-Walla-Housman is a very knowledgeable Safety Professional who started creating safety videos for her YouTube channel during COVID. Most people in the safety community already know of Rachel and the content she created resonates with workers no matter the industry.

VING is very user friendly and has made it easy to use even for our technology challenged employees. I can set daily reminders and VING manages the rest.

Employees can use the microburst training a few minutes a day and complete their safety training without a hassle. Karen, our support rep, has always responded quickly and solved any questions I had. I have already recommended VING to other companies.

I haven't encountered any issues that haven't already been resolved.

The daily reminders takes an extra task off my plate to make sure employees are completing their safety training.

Compliance management, training topics, and customer support

Some areas are too clunky. example: exporting reports too much useless information and most compliance site wont take the report as proof of training.

Safety training covering an entire company that has a service territory of four states and one safety man.

The assignemnts are quick and easy to understand. Very user friendly. Our contact Karen has always worked 100% to help us with any issues we may have.

Ving helps my staff stay up to date on all Saftey features and makes sure that we have a safe work enviroment.

Ving is user friendly and offers tips throughout the creative process. If you have any issues, their customer service is by far the greatest!

At this point, I do not have any dislikes.

Safety is our priority. We are constantly trying to implement updated information to our employees. Ving allows us to individually, or as a group, send training videos via email, by phone, using a link, or even a QR code. Having these different avenues to send training videos allows us to reach all of our employees quickly.

It is very engaging for our employees. The women in the videos is not monotone andshe has a good sense of humor while being very intellegent. Our employees have been really enjoying these while getting reminders daily for a just a five minute session to stay on top of training.

I do with I could get an email every time a ving is completed so it was easier to keep track.

It is helping us stay compliant and is very helpful for getting trainings sent to employees in a timely manner and allowing them to use time when they have it to complete.

The videos are fresh and engaging. There is a lot of flexibility and extra features you don't see with other safety platforms. We still haven't tapped into its full potential and are much happier with Ving than with previous products. Karen is very helpful!

Haven't had any complaints. Tell them at the beginning conversations how you currently run your safety program and how you'd like to run it in the future. They are great at tailoring things and pointing you in the right direction. It will save you time as long as you come prepared and ask a lot of questions.

Getting quality safety videos/resources to our field labor. It's helped a lot with tracking as well.
