Videowise boast an incredibly supportive and helpful team. From development & integration support, to ongoing resource from account managers. I've had a great experience with Katarina integrating Videowise across two roles now and have been impressed with the care and attention she affords each of her clients.

Intuitive design interface allows you to create and install incredibly low impact widgets right onto your website with ease, at a low monthly cost. Would recommend to anyone looking to modernise their Ecommerce offering.

Little to no downside of Videowise - the only useful update I can think of would be utilising their AI scraping tool capacity to detect products based on the integrated product catalogue to reduce the irrelevant content harvested using tags and hashtag keywords (this is no fault of Videowise, rather an innate challenge of UGC scraping)

They are helping us to modernise our digital offering, presenting both short and long-form video content on site alongside shoppable hotspots to turn flat site real-estate into an increase in conversion driving areas of site. The UGC scraping and collecting tool will always be a key part of the offering as social proofing continues to increase in value for the modern consumer.

I think the best part about working with VideoWise is the amazing customer support, special mention to our CSM Tijana, who is really great when it comes to troubleshooting problems. Whenever I have an issue, she's quick to jump in and respond. I also just like the ease of using Videowise. We had some reservations when we first onboarded the product because we thought it might slow down our website, but we had absolutely no issues at all, and it works really well for us to help us showcase our products in the best possible way.

I would like more flexibility with A/B testing on the platform. Currently, the options are an A/B test with or without the video. It would be great to test video vs video so we can explore different content styles and see what our customers engage with most.

Videowise makes our website look organized by centralizing customer testimonials. It's a good way to ensure everything isn't scattered across the website. From an analytics perspective, it's useful for reporting on video performance and seeing if content drives conversions.

Videowise makes it really easy to add videos to our Shopify store, and we can clearly see a positive effect on sales and engagement. The support is excellent — whenever we need help, the team replies super fast. Tijana has been especially helpful. Overall, we’re very happy and will definitely keep using it :)

There are frequent updates, and it can be difficult to navigate when the menus keep changing. At the same time, those updates also introduce great new features, so it’s hard to say I truly dislike it.

SUCH A DIFFERENCE! We had Videowise a couple years ago and cancelled because it was clunky and not user friendly. That is definitely no longer the case! I have found it to be extremely easy to navigate and quick to update. Our rep, Carlos is also extremely responsive and readily offers assistance and keeps us up to date on new services that may be helpful for our business.

Honestly, I don't have any complaints. It does everything I need it to do.
