What do you like best about VidCruiter?

I like the support the we receive when we have questions or challenges (usually user error challenges :)).

What do you dislike about VidCruiter?

Nothing. I feel that it is am amazing platform and there are many advantages to using it.

We are currently using it for our reference checking. It has eliminated the manual work involved which allows us to clear our candidates in a few days compared to weeks prior.

We regularly use Vidcruiter for prerecorded interviews, which lets candidates complete their interviews at a time that works best for them. The Vidcruiter team is also very responsive whenever we have questions, and their 24/7 support has been helpful.

What do you dislike about VidCruiter?

I wish there were an easy, one-click way to view all the questions in a job template before setting up our interview questionnaire.

We love this platform!

What do you like best about VidCruiter?

Very user-friendly and easy to use for applicants and admin. The VidCruiter team is super friendly and quick to respond to their clients, set up meetings if you need additional help. It's easy to set up new positions with new questions, record videos for those questions, and make the position live.

What do you dislike about VidCruiter?

Recommendations to others considering VidCruiter?

It has helped our District TREMENDOUSLY with hiring during the summer and during COVID-19. We are able to create a panel online, invite people to be Raters if they are not regular users, etc. Our Administrators can view and rate the interviews while on vacation, from a computer or phone.
