Versapay is super user-friendly. The onboarding was very easy and I would recommend this service to anyone using NetSuite. It has make our credit card processing for customers very smooth.
The only think I do not like about Versapay is that I do not get accurate information on the receipts verses the sales order from NetSuite. When it charges shipping in Netsuite it calls it Tax in Versapay which could be confusing for customers if I ever need to send them a receipt.
Versapay is our credit card processing solution for NetSuite. It integrates perfectly with that platform and helps us to be more productive and accurate when processing payments.
I love that VersaPay is linked to our ERP system to invite clients and manage client contact changes timely. As well as offers our clients the ability to pay by ACH or credit card. VersaPay enables us to become PCI compliant, which is HUGE!
One of the main perks of VersaPay is that the AR invoice is closed "real-time" in our ERP system when a client makes a payment. Also, clients can access VersaPay 24/7 to make payments, upload invoices, and review their aging balance.
I cannot think of anything I dislike about the new VersaPay platform. The older platform caused some barriers in presenting invoices to clients timely. However, this barrier was removed when we migrated to the new platform.
VersaPay automated our company's payment posting process, saving us many hours a month. Our DSO has been reduced significantly, and VersaPay also supports scheduling monthly statement reminders to send to clients on specific days outstanding.

Versapay update the property's details and its financial information in a safe and secure way.
Versapay automates all of the work of an AR Collector on a daily basis. This includes payments, and it eliminates a lot of unnecessary phone calls that we receive. It also sends invoices on a daily basis and sends us rejection notices of emails and invoices that do not get sent. This helps us tremendously in reducing our DSO. It is also a very user friendly system.
The reporting that Versapay produces could be a bit more detail oriented. One more thing, if a credit card gets declined in the Versapay system, it should be be able to process it a second time instead of it having to be done manually.
One problem we are still trying to solve is a payment problem when customers use credits to make payments.
The user-friendly online portal allows tenants to access real-time account balances 24/7 and manage their cash application process. The monthly rent statement and daily invoice distributions are easy and fast. When tenants have billing questions, they can communicate them directly within the platform. The auto-pay option makes monthly rent payment processing easier for our tenants, and at the same time, is decreasing the workload of our AR team. The support team is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The consistent collaboration with our client success manager ensures that we maximize the benefits from Versapay.
There used to be a delay in the communication between Versapay and our accounting software. This has been resolved with the implementation of a new connector.
Versapay helped us move away from processing time-consuming paper checks. Due to Versapay’s easy only payment option, more tenants are paying online which means less time is spent applying cash receipts to tenants accounts.
I love that customers can have visibility and access to their invoices and can pay invoices directly as well as set up recurring payments. I love the ease of sending past-due reminders and the ability to connect with customers in the portal.
I wish there were better dunning notices to set up messages for certain past-due buckets. I also wish there was a way to see if there were errors with syncing invoices.
Versapay has stopped the emails asking for copies of invoices and statements. Also stopped the calls of me making credit card payments for the customer. Customers are now self sufficient taking these responsibilities off of my plate.
Versapay is a very easy-to-use tool and remarkably effecient.
I have yet to find a downside or anything about them that has caused me any hassle in my already busy day-to-day schedule.
Having the ability to accept and process electronic payments has been such a time saver! It is also convenient to our customers and leads to quicker payments.

I think the best thing about Versapay is how easy the system is to use;
* Adding users /removing users on a support level when hiring new employees or shifting portfolio responsibilities.
* Tenants/ customers are billed in real time improving collections and reducing AR balances.
* Paperless
* Reporting Options
* Access to supporting documents and historically billed charges for both customer and host.
* Support team is very responsive and helpful in adapting the system to work for nonstandard agreements.
* The ease of business operations during a pandemic reduced lag in payments when we were in lockdown.
